The unit was gently refurbished to a high standard in 2019. Box spring bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, sufficient cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as 2 coffee machines (Nespresso & filter coffee). Wi-Fi is available and free of charge.

The unit is located in the building complex of the old pasta factory, which is gradually being developed into a cluster for virtual reality and art. The unit is self-contained, but embeds itself in the infrastructure of the overall site.
The pasta factory is a 10-minute walk from the main railway station and 15 minutes from the city centre.

A loft... - simply charming & outstanding
In an "old factory" (formerly a noodle factory) in Zeitz there is a little dream... - a "LOFT" that has been restored with great attention to detail and furnished with a lot of charm
But it's not just the loft... - the journey actually goes through the whole factory.... - the view of the inner courtyard from the terrace... :o) ...the view through the old windows opposite to the painter in his studio & in the basement a few nice people for a seminar..
Definitely recommendable & worth seeing..

Dreamlike loft to switch off
We had 2 relaxing and exciting days in this spectacular accommodation. We wanted for nothing, the loft is modern and fully equipped and we received a very nice welcome. The accommodation is like a little adventure in a factory where you are completely alone except with the property manager. Zeitz is a quiet abandoned town but Leipzig is only 45 minutes away.

Inspiring place for a little creative break
The loft is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. Compliments for the tasteful renovation and furnishing, without destroying the charm of the old building in the slightest!
The whole building has a lot of charm (we took a little tour :))
We think it's great to preserve buildings like this and hopefully the other factories in the town can be preserved in a similar way.

dreamlike, extraordinary and stylish in the middle of a historical factory
Design meets history, lovely furnishings...everything harmoniously coordinated....you feel like you're in a film set :-) we enjoyed this accommodation to the fullest and found it exciting to dive into a factory building
