The private plot has an area of nine hundred sqm and is completely enclosed. The pool has a diameter of 6 meters and is equipped with Roman steps for convenient entry and exit. The private pool, filled all year round, has a depth of 1.30 meters. There are 6 sun loungers by the pool. 2 sunshades, an outdoor seating area, and a pool bar with refrigerator are provided. An outdoor shower is available. 2 terraces with dining table and 6 chairs as well as sunshades.
The house has 2 entrances/exits: 1. Door at the top from the stairs into the house into the kitchen area, 2. Door at the bottom at ground level to the outside area (barbecue/pool etc.). )
The house has a living area of 140 sqm, over 2 floors, which are connected by an internal staircase:

highly recommended
Everything worked out perfectly, from the booking to the handover of the house, we were received very friendly and accommodating, the house was extremely clean and we felt comfortable here from the beginning. Since we had problems with our car, the property manager even accompanied us to the workshop - for free !! Therefore, once again, thank you very much for everything.
