Umag. The holiday apartment is located in a resort, on a garden plot with a lawn and trees. The complex is 2 km from Umag and is situated in a lagoon connected to the sea, in the shade of a pine forest, amidst Mediterranean greenery and quiet parks. Access is directly from the main road. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 100 m).

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early September, saltwater, 5 m x 5 m, 1 m deep). Paddling pool.

Water sports, beach volleyball, football field, equestrian center, discotheque, diving center nearby, water sports, world famous ATP Tennis Center.
