A cozy place to arrive: The living room is bright, simple, and inviting. On the comfortable couch with dimmable lighting, you can relax at the end of the evening—alone, as a couple, or with friends. A pull-out sofa bed provides space for two additional guests if needed. Sockets and storage surfaces are sufficiently available. Kitchen
The open kitchen is functionally equipped – with everything you need for cooking or breakfast: dishes, utensils, glasses, refrigerator, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker to start the day.

The bright daylight bathroom is well-equipped – with a shower, large mirror, vanity mirror, and hair dryer. Everything you need for daily grooming. Bedroom
In the bedroom, you will find a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) – perfect for unwinding after an active day in the Zittau Mountains. A calm atmosphere ensures restful sleep.

Location and surroundings of object
Our "Hochwald" holiday flat is located in the centre of the spa town of Oybin - at the foot of Mount Oybin - in the former shoemaker's house. The spa gardens and the staircase to the historic Oybin Castle are about 100 metres from the house. The tourist information office, souvenir shops, restaurants and cafés are located in the town centre.

Cancellation terms:
Any cancellation must be made in writing. If a cancellation is made before the start of the contract, the guest will be charged the following cancellation fees: For cancellations from 30 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the travel price. For cancellations from 14 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 80% of the travel price. Alternatively, a free rebooking to an alternative date can be arranged.

The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor of the former shoemaker's house - unfortunately it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to a somewhat narrow, steep staircase. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Directions:
Motorway A4 / A13 to Dresden, then direction Görlitz, exit no. 91 / Weißenberg - from Weißenberg in the direction of Löbau, from Löbau the B 178 in the direction of Zittau. In Zittau, turn off onto the ring road towards "Zittauer Gebirge", at the Olbersdorf roundabout: turn off towards Oybin / Lückendorf.

A very nice holiday apartment!
It is really a beautiful vacation apartment for two. We had a very nice time in Oybin.
It is very centrally located and everything is easily accessible (restaurants, cafés). The park with beautiful loungers is directly opposite where you can enjoy the evening sun.
We would love to come back.
