Directly under the thatched roof of the former farmhouse, a cosy holiday flat (50 sqm) awaits you with a balcony and a view over the garden, meadows and fields to the Geest Ridge in the background. There is enough space for two adults; an extra bed for a small child is available. A comfortable sofa bed is available to accommodate additional adults or older children
The integrated living and dining area invites you to enjoy a hearty breakfast. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the balcony, or decide to have a barbecue in the large garden right next to the house.

Location and surroundings of object
"Moin Moin" is what we say in the north, and it strikes the right note at any time of day. The North Sea dyke is right on our doorstep, the view extends unhindered to the horizon. To the left is the mouth of the Weser, to the right you can see the big ships moving up the Elbe. The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea begins directly in front of you. Nature lovers equip themselves with binoculars and photographic equipment and discover the bird field
A landscape that lets you breathe deeply. A constant companion is the wind - sometimes gentle and soothing during the summer, sometimes stormy and threatening in autumn/winter. But what an air! Discover the surroundings by bike or on long walks. Those seeking peace and relaxation will get their money's worth here. Mudflat walkers enjoy a tour to Neuwerk Island. High-sea lovers take a mini-cruise with the traditional seaside ship or the fast catamaran to Helgoland, Germany's only high-sea island about 60 km off the coast
You can reach Cuxhaven with its sandy beaches by bike or in a few minutes by car. In bad weather, the Havenwelten in Bremerhaven with the unique Emigration House, the Climate House and other attractions around the harbour and seafaring attract visitors.

Good day, as a native of Hamburg, I got to know the Cuxland - the area at the mouth of the Elbe and Weser rivers - through my husband.
