Holiday Apartment "Kastanienblick"
On the upper floor of the former farmhouse is our holiday apartment "Kastanienblick", located directly on the village street with old chestnut trees. The apartment offers about 117 m² of cozy accommodation for up to 5 guests and extends over 3 floors.
From the entrance on the ground floor, you reach the upper floor via a staircase with living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. In the attic, there is another bedroom. The leather corner sofa can be made up as a bed for 1 person if needed.
In the walk-through bedroom, there is a daybed that can also be pulled out if needed and is thus suitable for 1-2 guests.
Adjacent to this is the bedroom with a double bed, which can also be arranged as 2 single beds.
A space-saving staircase leads you to the bedroom under the roof. The staircase is not suitable for small children and guests with limited mobility.
Each bedroom has a television. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The kitchen has an adjoining dining room with a corner bench and is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen, dishwasher and induction stove, dishes, and cutlery.
In nice weather, you will surely want to sit together comfortably on the approximately 25 m² balcony, which you can access from the hallway. From here, too, you have a wonderful view of the old chestnut trees. On the large fenced property, a total of three terraces are available for your relaxation. Here you can play table tennis or ball games and, in good weather, also have breakfast in the fresh air or use the beautiful summer evenings for barbecuing.

Location and surroundings of object
As well as many other sights due to the central location of the place to reach the seaside resorts with sandy beaches and the car-free island of Hiddensee. A bus stop with links in all directions is just 50 metres away. Find many dining and shopping in the only 6 km away town of Bergen. Centrally located on the island of Rügen - in the small village Ramitz furnished rooms located very near the Störtebeker Festival - that in a country house style.

a beautiful small guest room with a large property especially suitable for families with children who will have a lot of fun romping around....
a thank you to Heike and Renaldo, they got on well from the start as if they had known each other for a long time....

Recommendable ... VERY GOOD
A really cute room, with a comfortable bed and very good room furnishings. Everything nice and clean, cozy and true to the description. Sharing the large bathroom, kitchen, and dining room is absolutely no problem. The landlords are very nice people, with whom you can enjoy good conversations and card games in the evening over a glass of wine. Outside, there is the opportunity to play a round of table tennis, badminton, and basketball. A grill and fire pit are also included. Despite the bad weather, we had a nice short vacation and recommend this address with 100% satisfaction. A big THANK YOU to Heike and Ronaldo :)
