The holiday apartment is comfortably and modernly furnished. The fine sandy beach of the Baltic Sea is only 200 meters away. The holiday apartment has two separate balconies (living room and bedroom) with sea view and invites you to linger. The "Ankerplatz am Boddenmarkt" is a non-smoking apartment. For the little guests, a high chair and a travel cot are available. All windows are equipped with sun and insect protection. The sauna is located on the ground floor of the building and is free of charge. Washing machine and dryer are also located on the ground floor of the property (fee 3,- per use). Lockable storage for bicycles is available. Shopping facilities, bakery, restaurants, and a beverage market can be found in the immediate vicinity. There is a designated parking space for a car. Excellent cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the island complete the offer. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed out of consideration for allergy sufferers! A public e-charging station is located approx. 20 m in front of the house entrance door.

Ideal location for numerous excursions, such as Cape Arkona, Hiddensee Island, chalk cliffs, Jasmund National Park, the fishing port of Sassnitz, the ferry port of Mukran, the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin, the climbing forest and toboggan run in Bergen, Gingst amusement park, Störtebeker open-air festival in Ralswiek, Spyker Castle and Dinoland, boat trips, sightseeing flights, ferry trip to Scandinavia, German maritime museum Ozeanum Stralsund, Near the holiday home there is a supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlour and many restaurants.
