Additionally, there is the option to book a separate sleeping room (approx. 13 m²) as a supplement to the holiday apartment.
The room is located on the same floor and offers sleeping accommodations for two people (double bed 1.50 × 2.00 m). It is designed as a combined sleeping and living area and features a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table.
Access is via the hallway of the holiday apartment floor.
The separate bedroom does not have its own bathroom.
The bathroom is located within the holiday apartment and is shared when this room is used.
Due to the room layout, this area is only suitable for adults or older children. A one-time usage and cleaning fee of €30.00 will be charged for provision.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat "Burg" is located in the centre of the spa town Oybin - at the foot of the mountain Oybin - in the former house of the shoemaker. The spa park and the stairway to the historic Oybin Castle are about 100m away from the house. In the centre of the village you will find the tourist information office, souvenir shops as well as restaurants and cafés.

Here is the translation to English: Any cancellation must be made in writing. For cancellations from 14 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 80% of the travel price. Alternatively, a free rebooking to a replacement date can be arranged.

The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor of the former home of the shoemaker - unfortunately it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to a somewhat narrow, steep staircase. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
Directions:
Motorway A4 / A13 to Dresden, then in the direction of Görlitz, exit no. 91 / Weißenberg - from Weißenberg in the direction of Löbau, from Löbau the B 178 in the direction of Zittau. In Zittau, take the city ring road in the direction of "Zittauer Gebirge", at the Olbersdorf roundabout: turn off in the direction of Oybin / Lückendorf.

Winter vacation

Price-performance ratio does not match at all.
Unfortunately, very sparse furnishings. Sleeping area without curtains or blinds. Okay for 2 people, children would have to sleep on the pull-out couch or in the separate room across the hall. 50€ per night would be acceptable.
Of course, there are also positive aspects. Very nice contact person in the house and everything is very clean!
