Mein erster Urlaub mit Frieda
Due to an accident, I had to cancel my original booking in Fehmarnsund and then found the Sundseele. Until summer 2019, I always went for walks in Fehmarnsund with my Bernese Mountain Dog named Senta, where my first vacation with my Bernese Mountain Dog Frieda (8 months old) was supposed to take place. I boldly booked the penthouse apartment, hoping for less stress with my young dog, as we also live in a penthouse apartment with a rooftop terrace at home. Upon arrival, the apartment quickly became "dog-proof" as everything is very spacious, and the second bedroom served as a welcome storage room. The modern kitchen is almost like home, and Frieda quickly adapted to our holiday routine. The view of the sea and the Fehmarn Sound Bridge from the rooftop terrace is wonderful - the setting sun greeted us on the first evening. The path to the beach is pleasantly short, allowing us to walk for miles. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stress-free holiday. And it is very cozy and atmospheric, especially in the evening when the candles are lit. Even more on warm days, and so I wrote two days after our arrival: Sitting in a beach chair with a young Bernese mountain dog and looking out at the sea - is already part of my dream of a happy life. All of this on the terrace of a dream apartment right by the sea... My next booking for autumn has already been made, and I already have plans for 2024. We arrived home yesterday, and I feel the relaxation, for me and Frieda, despite the long journey.

Our vacation August 2022.
Just a head's up: we have never booked the same place twice for our holiday, until now... Just reserved again for next year in the penthouse apartment. The view is beautiful, the natural beach is only 2 minutes away, the grounds are very well-maintained and beautiful, and there are great recreational activities in the common room. There is even a tap system with beer from the local brewery for a fair price, which seems to be more of an advertisement and successful in our opinion. There is also a self-service herb garden there. A heated pool right next to the pasture, where many rabbits hop around, is a highlight especially for families with young children. As I said, we will come back and are even more excited than during our last vacation.

Just so much in advance: We have never double booked anywhere for our holiday, until now... Booked again directly for next year in the penthouse flat.
The view is beautiful, the natural beach is only 2 minutes away, the grounds are very well kept and beautiful and there are great activities in the common room. There is even a tap with beer from the regional brewery for a fair price, which is probably intended more as advertising, and we find it successful. There is also a self-service herb garden.
A heated pool right next to the pasture, where many bunnies also hop, is a highlight especially for families with small children.
As I said, we will be back and are even more looking forward to it than on our last holiday.

We were there for 12 days in October 2020. Wonderful open living area and everything furnished in a very modern way. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Both bedrooms are equipped with large TVs and you also have direct access to the large roof terrace. We can only recommend the flats and have already booked again for this year.
