Welcome to Villa Rampic! This beautiful villa is a great place for a fun family vacation near the sea. Villa is not for youth groups. The villa guarantees plenty of space and privacy to enjoy in the private pool as well. This amazing location near the beach and the center of Fazana allows you to explore the area by car. There you can visit the Brijuni Islands, Fazana, Stinjan or Pula. This villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. The colorful interior design combines classic elements with natural materials such as stone and wood. For nice evenings with family and friends, there are plenty of outdoor spots around the large, private pool. Enjoy one of the delicacies of the villa - an entertaining room, table tennis, table football or cycling that you can use for free in the villa. Near the outdoor pool there is a charcoal grill for you to prepare a delicious meal. Villa Rampic is divided into 2 separate apartments and an additional bedroom with bathroom. There are two additional sleeping options on the sofa bed. Book this villa and enjoy the pool, grill or just sunbathe, less than 1000 m from the beautiful pebble and beach located in the colorful island of Briuni National Park.

The small, situated opposite the islands of Brijuni National Park, fishing Fažana moults slowly but surely become one of the most popular resorts in Istria, together with the neighboring villages as Valbandon, Vodnjan, Peroj and some other. A kilometer long promenade leads from virtually on the beach town core towards the beaches of Valbandon and almost to Pula, the largest city of Istria. Although Fažana is almost at the southernmost point of Istria, your near Fažana and Valbandon booked villa with pool only about hours from Munich and hours drive away from Stuttgart. Austrians have shorter distances. During the summer months are held in and around Fažana numerous bound to the fishery and olive oil tradition festivals and other events. Here you can learn what the locals can cook local and cheap ingredients for sweets often. From a close Fažana booked Holiday Cottage also provides access often walk to some of the best and most interesting oil producers in the Istrian peninsula. The same is true for houses from our offer, which are located in Valbandon or Vodnjan.
