Villa Lipica in the heart of Istria is a magnificent holiday house for 14 people. Spacious and charming, decorated with love, it abounds in many Istrian details. The large garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, tavern with fireplace, sauna, gym, massage table and many other amenities will delight visitors to this exceptional holiday home. The ground floor has a large living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Wooden stairs lead to a gallery with a biliar and other games for the whole family. The gallery connects 2-bedrooms and living room. The ground floor has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a double bed, and one triple bedroom, also with a private bathroom. On the left side of the villa there is a separate studio apartment (separate entrance, near the pool), with 2 single beds, two sofa beds and an attached bathroom. Enjoy a beautiful garden with deck chairs, table tennis, a large private pool (with children's section) and an outdoor jacuzzi. Villa Lipica is ideal choise for the perfect family vacation.

Villa Lipica in Grubisi is an ideal choice for a quiet holiday in an idyllic Istrian setting. Nearby there are numerous marked cycling trails linking historic and picturesque Istrian cities such as Cerovlje, Hum, Tinjan, Sveti Petar u Sumi and Motovun. In just 45 minutes by car you will reach numerous beaches, nature parks and resorts. (Opatija, Rabac, Rovinj or Porec) A private swimming pool in the beautifully landscaped garden in front of the house allows you to refresh yourself in crystal clear water.

A Dream House!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos. Very lovingly furnished, everything clean, the kitchen is top equipped. Each room has its own bathroom, which adds great value. The terrace and garden are now even more beautiful than in the photos, and there is now a spacious carport for the cars.
We had an error message with the air conditioning once and a door was stuck: the owners came within 2 hours and fixed everything.
We will definitely come back :)
