Our cosy and comfortably furnished holiday home with beautiful winter garden is only 100 m away from the beach promenade and lagoon planted with palm trees
It is located in a small residence with pool. The facility is secured by an electric gate in which there is also a parking place for the car.
The holiday home has 2 beautiful terraces with sunbeds and garden furniture, so that you can always choose between sun and shade.
In the living-dining area there is a comfortable corner couch, satellite TV and a comfortably equipped kitchen. On the upper floor there is a parents' room with a double bed and a children's room with a loft bed as well as a bathroom with shower and window
Fly screens on the bedroom windows keep the mosquitoes away.

Vacation in Gruissan
We spent 2 wonderful weeks as a couple in the holiday home Bella. Nothing was missing, the house is spotless and well-equipped. The manager on site is very kind and helpful. The sea and the beach of the lagoon are quickly and easily accessible on foot, and you can also reach the harbor and the market in the village quickly. Thank you very much to Mrs. Thörnig for this lovely stay.

Holiday home
A well-equipped holiday home, nothing was missing. Great communication with the landlords and a nice, helpful caretaker on site who is there to assist with advice and support. We would always recommend this house again.

Everything is great!
We were very impressed with the holiday home! We have never found such a well-equipped and clean cottage before. The contact with the landlady was always prompt, open, and reliable. In addition to the "business" side, we were provided with comprehensive information about the holiday home, Gruissan, and the surrounding area. The contact with the German-speaking manager on-site was also great.
Gruissan and the really great surroundings offer many opportunities for activities, whether on foot, by bike, or by car. The beautiful sandy beach by the open sea can also be easily reached by bike.
If we are drawn to southern France again, this holiday home, as well as Gruissan with its truly wonderful surroundings, will be our first point of contact. We would love to come back!

Small oasis of well-being with 6 stars ?
We stayed for three weeks in this superbly located holiday home
It was the first time that the furnishings, the service and the surroundings took our breath away
Everything was there. Even toilet paper, drinks, a bottle of wine to welcome us, spices (by the way, the first time that I did not find any expired spices)
A MUST for all France lovers to stay there. We are thrilled and have already confirmed three weeks for next year
Thank you for the newly installed air conditioning, which really saved us

Relaxing vacation
We were able to use the centrally located house Bella for 4 weeks, from May 21 to June 18. After an uncomplicated arrival, we found a lovingly and above-average well-furnished house. The furnishings are very beautiful, well-kept, and very clean. Everything that was needed was available. Especially worth mentioning is the conservatory, beautifully furnished and protects against windy weather. On the terrace, you can unwind and relax. One can see that this house is not only rented out to vacationers but also used by the owner. The shops for daily needs are within walking distance, as is the public beach, which we appreciated with our dog. Additionally, the residence has a large and very clean swimming pool, which we frequently used, mostly alone. All in all, highly recommended. 5 stars! We will definitely come back again.
