Location and surroundings of object
The holiday park Schoorlse Duinen is located on the edge of Schoorl and Bergen.
Nowhere in Holland are the dunes higher and wider, the beach so white and clean, do dunes and forests, dykes and polders extend in such a magnificent panorama as in Schoorl. Extensive cycling, hiking, and riding trails invite visitors to explore this 1800 ha dune area. You can reach the beach via bicycle paths in about 4-5KM. The villages of Groet, Schoorl, and Camperduin are lined up like pearls along the edge of the 'Schoorlse Duinen' National Park, a broad strip of dunes covering a total area of 1800 hectares. The distinctive features of this area include a varied flora, a few small streams, an extensive and kilometers-long network of cycling and hiking trails, and three high viewing dunes. On the eastern edge of the area, the typical Dutch polder landscape follows. There, where the row of dunes ends, begins the Hondsbossche Zeewering, at whose foot lies the bird protection area 'de Putten'. A distinctive feature of the town's construction are the detached houses that were frequently built along the banks of the canals at the beginning of 1900. The various town centers offer attractive shopping opportunities and dining options.
At Schoorl aan Zee, the beach of the North Sea can only be reached by bicycle. In contrast, the beach entrances at Hargen and Camperduin offer parking spaces and a bus stop. Water sports enthusiasts can moor near the open sea and the dunes at the harbor of Hargen. During the summer months, the village is the scene of a host of events, such as the sailing, surfing, and beach event 'Hargen on Sail'. Treasure hunt games are organized for the young guests.

This is usually assumed if the property could be rented out for the same period and under the same conditions to someone else.
