In the spacious lounge there is a fireplace, flat-screen TV, sofa bed/sleeper couch, and cupboards. There is also a separate room with a toilet and washbasin. In addition, a bedroom with a rustic, cozy-comfortable bed is available to you.
Separated by four steps, you enter the new and modern kitchenette with cooking facilities as well as a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. In the room behind it, there is also the shower. Upper floor:
A staircase leads you to the cozy bedroom.
Terrace:
The terrace invites you to relax together. If it gets too hot, simply extend the awning. Of course, you have the option to grill. Grill and charcoal are provided.

Please visit our website: The Zittau Mountains is the smallest mountain range in Central Europe. The Listen with its 793 meters is the highest mountain. Marked paths for walking in the beautiful Upper Lusatia. In our area you will find pretty villages with their famous half-timbered houses and manicured gardens. Zittau, the city on the border triangle Germany - Czech Republic - Poland has much to offer beyond. The "Fast cloth", the beautiful old city, the Flower Clock and other attractions that are worth a visit. Löbau, Görlitz, Bautzen and Dresden, are popular attractions that are easily accessible. Even day trips to Liberec (Reichenberg) or Prague are possible. And the Zittau Mountains also has much to offer: the forest stage in Jonsdorf, the jousting in Oybin, the Mönchszug on Oybin that Trixibad in Großschönau, the summer toboggan run in Oderwitz, the narrow-gauge railway from Zittau to Oybin / Jonsdorf and much more.

Top equipment and quiet location
We spent a week as a family of 5 in a good quiet location in Olbersdorf. The holiday home was clean and well-equipped. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. The train station with the historic Zittau narrow-gauge railway is reachable on foot. The little house is a great starting point for many attractions in Upper Lusatia. The landlords are very friendly, nice, and had prepared our arrival very well. We all felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Vacation in May 2025
We were guests at the holiday home of the Küpping family. The holiday home is cozily furnished, clean, and equipped with everything. The layout of the shower, toilet, and washing facilities took some getting used to. The location of the holiday home offers excellent opportunities for hiking tours in the beautiful surroundings. Beautiful break
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Küpping family's holiday home. The contact before our arrival was reliable. Upon entering the cozy little house, we were delighted and couldn't believe we had found such a gem in the Zittau Mountains. We lacked nothing. The furnishings are perfect, the cleanliness is exceptional, and the contact was very accommodating and helpful. We would love to return.

Vacation Summer '24
Very beautiful, well-located holiday home, equipped with everything you need. Wonderful starting point for many activities in the Zittau Mountains - whether on foot, by narrow-gauge railway, by bike, or by car.
We felt very comfortable, and a spontaneous extension of our stay was also possible without any issues - thank you once again very much for that!
