Only the cries of the seagulls might disturb your peace. Five days a year you can experience the bustle of the "Hanse Sail" up close from your terrace, you are almost in the middle of it. Enjoy the Mediterranean and luxurious atmosphere in an upscale residential community and a fantastic view of the Warnow (city harbor) and the harbor activity. The apartment is completely new, furnished with high-quality amenities. We wanted to set new accents in terms of living quality and furnishings. This naturally includes the bed linen and towels. The high-quality fitted kitchen with cooking island also leaves nothing to be desired. Coffee, both for a traditional and for an Italian coffee machine, is included, as well as a bottle of water. The scenery of the city harbor provides an almost unsurpassable setting for this. Rostock is not only beautiful because of its old districts, but also one of the sunniest cities in Germany, which sometimes makes it hard to take advantage of the abundant shopping opportunities.
