Do you feel like a lot of space? Then you enjoy your vacation in this generous property with closed property of 2,200 square meters. The villa with 180 sqm offers space for 4 persons. The separate guest apartment has space for 2 people and has direct access to the pool. Barbacoa/BBQ and our chill-out area with fireplace invite you to relax.
The villa is tastefully furnished. Except for the summer months, the owners spend most of their time in Spain. Thus you have all the amenities of a fully equipped house
The house is situated in a valley with view to the Mediterranean Sea between Calpe (8 km) and Moraira (4 km) in Benissa, urbanisation Buena Vista. The urbanisation is a quiet and well-kept villa area without skyscrapers
The spacious living room with adjoining dining room offers a panoramic view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea and the Penon de Ifach, the landmark of the Costa Blanca. In addition you have the possibility to eat outside on a covered terrace.
In the separate TV room there is a large flat screen and a comfortable sitting area
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, mixer and toaster, as well as smoothie machine.
The villa has 3 individually furnished bedrooms, two of them with adjoining bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and/or fans.
Garden and pool area:
Through the automatic gate you reach the Mediterranean garden. On the closed property there are parking possibilities for 2 cars under a pergola
The pool area is spacious with lawn and terraces and not visible. Directly at the pool there is an outside shower and a directly accessible separate toilet. There are plenty of sun loungers and seats available.
Prepare your meals in the spacious BBQ with dining area or relax with a cocktail in the chill-out area which also offers a quiet opportunity for a relaxing siesta.

Location and surroundings of object
You live on the coast of Benissa, in the urbanisation Buena Vista. Enjoy the absolutely quiet location without noise and traffic.
The next beach Cala de Baladrar is about 2 km away. There are some cozy bathing bays on the coast. From the beach you can also reach Calpe via a hiking trail (40 min). Both on the beach of Baladrar and along the coastal road there are numerous bars and restaurants for every taste. Shopping facilities and numerous restaurants of all price ranges can be reached by car in a few minutes.
Tennis courts and a golf course are also nearby.
Moraira with its beach is 4km and Calpe with its large sandy beaches is 8km away.
