The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 1987, was renovated in 2019, and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea, and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, and barbecue facilities.

Šilo. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late September, heatable, 3 m x 9 m, 1.5 m deep).

Living room (15 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa (only suitable for children), sitting area, TV, tiled stove and access to the balcony (9 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunbeds). Bedroom (6 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen in the kitchen-diner (25 sqm, walk-through room) with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove, (induction stove, ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (4 sqm) with bathtub, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, babycot, internet access, baby cot, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN), hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay. final cleaning obligatory 43,80 € per object per stay.
