The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1987, renovated in 2019 and is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower and grill possibility.

Šilo. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a path (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Outdoor pool (heatable, 3 m x 9 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the end of September.

Bedroom (6 sqm) with 1 double bed and safe. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (25 sqm, walk-through room) with TV, dining area (6 seats), gas stove, (induction cooker, ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom (4 sqm) with bathtub, shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, baby cot, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, Bed linen (weekly change), Wireless Internet access, hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay. final cleaning obligatory 44 € per object per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
