Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1987, renovated in 2021, and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet location. Available for shared use are: sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, and barbecue facilities.

Location
Šilo. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Apartments KRK SIL 129, KRK SIL 131, and KRK SIL 128 (each for 3 people), KRK SIL 130 (3 people), KRK SIL 133 and KRK SIL 134 (each for 4 people), Studio KRK SIL 135 (2 people), and KRK SIL 428 (3 people) are in the same house. Parking on the property.

Special
Air conditioning, central heating. Central heating in the bedroom, air conditioning in the kitchen. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), safe, and iron. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September, can be heated, 3 m x 9 m, 1.5 m deep).

Leisure
table tennis.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the living kitchen. Living kitchen (15 sqm, connecting room) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, dining area (4 places) and access to the balcony (9 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 3 chairs, 2 sun loungers). Bedroom (13 sqm) with 1 double bed and (suitable for under 10 years). Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric stove (4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer, and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, babycot, internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN), hand towels (change every 3 days), baby cot (please order at booking).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay. final cleaning obligatory 31,30 € per object per stay.

No umbrella on the balcony / the 48ST. C / ileżaków beach-/ is not always enough to take his place. To the sea much further than that specified in the description / Despite these small drawbacks - stay very enjoyable, office TINA and the hosts very friendly.
