The detached, ground floor holiday home with approx. 180 sqm of living space is located on a 1600 sqm large property, whose garden is characterized by palm trees, various fruit trees, flowers as well as the swimming pool, a barbecue station, playground and a fountain.

Cancellation terms:
You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 56 days before the scheduled check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). If you cancel less than 56 days before check-in, you will not receive any refund.

Genial
The house is very large and bright, the porch is great for dining in the shade, the garden is very beautiful with fruit trees, you can pick fruit, and the pool is spectacular. We enjoyed a lot. Communication with Eugen was very good, and with the housekeeper Bella also very nice and available. I recommend the house 100%.

Quiet location
The house is nice, a bit older. One of the bathrooms has been renovated. The pool is great and the garden around the house is really nice. The property is really big. We enjoyed the holiday and the peace and quiet. Everything you need is there. The house management was also great, takes care of everything concerning the house and also gives travel tips. Thank you !!!

Belle villa au calme
We were 10 people and had a very good 2-week stay despite the heatwave.
We enjoyed the air-conditioned and spacious house, the large illuminated pool, the proximity to the beach and the well-stocked Eurospar supermarket where we went every day on foot.
The neighborhood is calm and the garden is private.
We recommend this rental.

Very nice house everything you need available
First of all I have to say that the housekeeper is a real angel, without her the holiday would have been a disaster, 1000 thanks for that. The pool is very nice and big, there is everything you need, even water games. However, you need a car to get everywhere. Thank you would recommend it to others
