The detached, ground floor holiday home with approx. 180 sqm of living space is located on a 1600 sqm large property, whose garden is characterized by palm trees, various fruit trees, flowers as well as the swimming pool, a barbecue station, playground and a fountain.

The holiday home can be rented on a weekly basis. Other arrangements are possible, however.
The rental price depends on season / season and includes (except for long-term rent in winter) all additional costs.
During the summer months, the weekly swimming pool service is also included in the rental price.

Quiet location
The house is nice, a bit older. One of the bathrooms has been renovated. The pool is great and the garden around the house is really nice. The property is really big. We enjoyed the holiday and the peace and quiet. Everything you need is there. The house management was also great, takes care of everything concerning the house and also gives travel tips. Thank you !!!

Very nice house everything you need available
First of all I have to say that the housekeeper is a real angel, without her the holiday would have been a disaster, 1000 thanks for that. The pool is very nice and big, there is everything you need, even water games. However, you need a car to get everywhere. Thank you would recommend it to others

Wij hebben nu voor de 2e keer dit huis geboekt en hebben net als vorig jaar en super vakantie gehad! De communicatie is prettig het huis is van alles voorzien!

Beautiful holiday home, great location
Super nice garden with a large selection of fruit and a great, big pool including a chill lounge. The "winter garden" is also highly recommended for eating and lingering
Functionally furnished house, very well equipped kitchen. 3 air conditioners (living room, loft & hallway) are sufficient, more in the lower 3 bedrooms would be optimal. 2 bathrooms for 12 people were not enough for us (2 families). The necessary renovation of the bathrooms is probably on the agenda for the winter.
All in all a nice relaxing holiday.
Absolutely recommendable: Ulldecona dam and Jardin de Papagayo!!!

Erg leuk ruim huis en goed ingericht. Wij hebben hier een erg leuke tijd gehad.
Als je opzoek bent naar een gebied wat niet erg toeristisch is is vinaros een goede keuze. Kom wel met de auto want die heb je nodig om naar bezienswaardigheden te gaan.

Villa Vinaroz is quietly situated and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The villa is cosy and well maintained. All necessary household appliances are available. It is only a few steps from the beach. Good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Very nice and friendly hosts.
