Description
Modern furnished holiday flat with a fantastic view in the basement of our detached house, directly at the Eifel National Park and the Rursee, with separate entrance and parking space for your car.
From here you have a wonderful view over the typical Eifel landscape and the neighbouring forests.
The flat is approx. 50 sqm, has a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment.
A bathroom with shower cubicle and a separate bedroom.
In the living area there is a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed (150x200cm) if required.

The resort is surrounded by Schmidt deciduous and coniferous forests on a high plateau, which is bordered by the foothills of the High Fens and Rur. Schmidt lies directly on the Rur Lake Rureifel and the National Park Eifel above sea level. The town has two retail stores, a drugstore, a pharmacy, a gas station, a post office, several dining establishments and a wildlife park

Beautiful holiday apartment
Very nicely furnished and well-maintained apartment, where nothing was missing. The equipment is really great. We were greeted warmly and helpfully and felt very comfortable in the apartment and the beautiful area. The view from the apartment is magnificent, the garden is beautiful, and a parking space for our car right in front of the house was also very convenient. From here, we made very nice excursions in the nearby and further surroundings. We definitely recommend the vacation apartment to our family and friends and would love to come back ourselves. There are still so many other beautiful destinations in the nearby and further surroundings that we unfortunately couldn't visit during our short vacation.

Great holiday apartment with everything included.
Very lovingly and tastefully furnished, well-kept apartment, where nothing was missing. The equipment is really great, and we found enough space for 4. We were greeted warmly and helpfully, felt very comfortable in the apartment and the beautiful area. The view is magnificent, the garden is beautiful, and our bikes could be parked in the carport; the parking space for the car right in front of the house was also very comfortable. From here, great bike tours were possible, and the wildlife park is also just around the corner, as well as the viewpoint "Beautiful View." We definitely recommend the vacation apartment to family and friends and would also love to come back ourselves. Thank you very much!

Super Hiking Vacation

Beautiful Rur Eifel
We spent wonderful vacation days here in this beautiful holiday apartment for the 2nd time. This time we had 8 days of sun - every morning having breakfast outside and enjoying the magnificent view - and 1 day of rain. SUPER!!!! Everything is very well maintained, inside and outside! The garden terrace - just for us - is a dream! Frank and Claudia are super nice people.
The apartment itself is newly renovated, with a box spring bed, new kitchen, the shower room was an experience for us....
The village of Schmidt is very close to Lake Rur, with beautiful viewpoints.
