This comfortable, detached holiday home is located in a quiet bungalow park near Breskens. It offers almost 90 square metres of space for up to 6 people. The cosily furnished wooden holiday home has an open gallery in the living area, which conveys a special spaciousness through the room height. The open fireplace creates atmosphere and conviviality, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the garden and nature. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities

Games, etc. On the ground floor is a comfortable bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower, bidet and a shelf with storage. Furthermore, a large bedroom with double bed (180x200), wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is supplied with hot water heating, which allows individual temperatures for each room by regulation. On the upper floor there are two more double bedrooms (90x100) and a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. This is also the owners' private area.

Location and surroundings of object
In the holiday park you will find playgrounds, restaurant and supermarket, bar with bowling alley, bicycle rental. Breskens with restaurants and supermarkets is about 2 km away. The holiday homes are so generously placed that there is no disturbance and hardly any view. Garden furniture offers rest and relaxation on the terrace or the large lawn.
Parking spaces are directly in front of the house. The wide sandy beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes along a beautiful path. Or you can use the footpath and cycle path on the dyke, enjoy views of the sea, the ships, the dunes and the park-like landscape inland, and cycle along the dyke on a well-maintained cycle path along the secluded beaches and beach cafes to Cadzand in the nature and bird reserve "t' Zwin", border to Belgium. If you are in the mood and have stamina, you can cycle along beautiful paths via Retranchement to Knokke, the most fashionable seaside resort on the entire coast. The proximity to Belgium is one of the attractions of this landscape and gives the gourmand the opportunity to explore the delicacies of the cuisine of Flanders as well as those of France.
The absolute must-see among the many sights in this ancient cultural landscape is undoubtedly Bruges. The Venice of the North, filled with architectural and historical art treasures that bear witness to the importance of Flanders and its rich history. Narrow, winding streets, carriages and cobblestones, rich merchants' houses, churches in brick Gothic, museums, shopping of every kind invite you to stroll and quiet picturesque corners to linger. Cosy cafés and restaurants, delicatessens with pralines and tempting delicacies everywhere reflect the proverbial pleasure of the Belgians. Take a look, form your own opinion and you will never forget these experiences and images. Another excursion takes you across the Scheldt to Vlissingen, which can be reached quickly by a pleasant passenger ferry ride, followed by a stroll through the town. Here, too, you can find a way by bike through the dune landscape or continue by train to Middelburg, which offers numerous sights and a nice pedestrian zone. 10 km away is the pretty Verre on the Verse Sea, etc., etc.

Breskens is a fishing village with a large fishing harbour and extensive marina. Here you can buy fresh fish, shellfish and mussels every day - all in great variety directly at the harbour or in town. But also in the pretty neighbouring villages. The town has a number of restaurants with Dutch and international cuisine, street cafés, bistros, shopping facilities of all kinds, large supermarkets, banks, post office, bicycle rental, etc.

Equipment and furnishings top-notch
A very well-equipped holiday home with very tasteful furnishings. The bathroom and kitchen leave nothing to be desired, and the fireplace was wonderful in winter when the weather was bad.
