Wintering in Calpe

This was my first time staying in Mrs. Vetter's flat for two months. It was a real pleasure to spend my holiday in such a modern and well-kept flat. Nothing was missing. A top modern equipped kitchen, beautiful furniture, WLAN, satellite TV, beach loungers/umbrellas ect. The view from the balcony to the Peñon IFACH, as well as the beach and the sea is simply indescribable. The sound of the sea relaxes the mind and soul. The central location of the flat is simply brilliant for activities, shopping, walks in the beautiful old town, etc. I found Mrs. Vetter to be a very helpful person. I got to know Mrs. Vetter as a very warm and helpful woman, she was always available and a great help with good advice. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank her again for her frequent helpfulness. The next stay in this flat is already booked. In conclusion, I can only say, "Always happy to come again!"

Wonderful location right on the beach in a nicely renovated apartment for the two of us with our dog.

Excellent spot for us to spend 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's right on the beach in the middle of the main Calpe Promenade. We spent most of our time cycling or out on hikes with our dog and it was a good base for this. The unblocked view of the beach and sea with sunshine from mornings until evenings on the 3rd floor of the Oceanic Apartment Building was very nice. Although the weather changes a lot in winter, we enjoyed the balcony quite a bit. The heating was good when we needed it but usually the sun warmed up the apartment quickly. Everything was nicely modernised for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen was very well setup for everything we needed for home cooked meals and there were also enough restaurants and pubs in walking distance if we wanted to go out. The reserved parking spot was also very helpful. Sybille was an excellent host with fast and excellent communication. We highly recommend Sybille's place and would gladly stay there again the next time we are in Calpe.

Super flat directly on the beach

This was the best and cleanest flat we have ever booked. Great view, very tastefully decorated without being kitschy. Very nice and certainly expensive kitchen. Super bed with great mattresses. Everything was just right. Thank you for that.

The best location in Calpe, with living and bedrooms facing directly onto the promenade, you can step right out of the door to the beach, and if the little ones get carried away, you can easily get back to the apartment.

A very beautiful, clean, and attractively furnished apartment in a great location. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. The town center is just a few minutes away, with restaurants, etc. in the immediate vicinity. Suitable for all kinds of holidays.

A beautiful holiday by the sea!

We stayed in this flat for the first time and were very satisfied with everything. The flat has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. So far we have always stayed in hotels but after these wonderful 14 days we will spend our holiday there again next year. A truly very beautiful apartment. Nothing is missing. The great service by the landlady also fits in well. Even details like beach equipment have been taken care of. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. It's just under 2 kilometers to the picturesque old town of Calpe. All in all, a vacation to feel good. Relax on the balcony, enjoy the wonderful view, and the sound of the waves - pure relaxation.

We have been guests at Mrs. Vetter's for the 3rd time and it was as fantastic as always. Everything you know from home is provided here. Top modern equipped kitchen with everything you need. High-quality furniture, WiFi, satellite TV, etc. Beach equipment such as umbrellas and loungers are even provided so you don't have to buy them or rent them at the beach. Mrs. Vetter is also a very warm woman who takes care of everything superbly from planning to vacation and beyond, and is always accessible and helpful with any questions. The view from the balcony of the Peñon, the beach, and the sea is simply outstanding. Day and night, the sound of the sea and the relaxed promenade life make the vacation perfect. We know many accommodations on the Costa Blanca, but Mrs. Vetter was the only one who convinced us with her holiday apartment and facilities, so we now spend our annual summer vacation only with her. After a prompt agreement, we will come back next year and hopefully in the following years as well. Anyone who wants a dream vacation on the Costa Blanca that is worth every penny is definitely at the right address here.
