The approx. 70 m² holiday flat is located in the left part of a semi-detached house, has a separate entrance and offers enough space for 2-4 people. Located in a quiet side street, there is virtually no through traffic. There is parking for one car right by the house. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, the living room and a bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin. On the 1st floor, the flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a separate dressing room. The flat is fully furnished and has wi-fi.
