This is a beautifully designer villa, located in Fazana, just a short walk from the nearest beach away - Villa Horizont will fulfill all your wishes regarding an exceptional holiday retreat! The villa is situated in a quiet area and it was finished in July 2019 .To reach the center of Fazana, shops, restaurants, etc. you don't need to use the car, everything is at short walk away. At your disposal at the villa youa have- a lovely pool with sea view a big garden with olive treees a lots of space for sunbathin. For the youngest ones there is also a playroom with biliard, gym, darts, soccer table, tennis table and Playstation outdoor area, where you will probably spend most of your time has also a charcoal barbecue and covered dining area with sea view. There all can gather together and enjoy alfresco meals. The balconies on the upper floor offer a beautiful view of the sea and the Brijuni Islands and represents a perfect spot for an evening drink. The interior is tastefully decorated in a modern and clean style, and divided into two floors. The ground floor consists of the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and one bedroom, with bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are divided over the upper floor, each having a double bed, an ensuite bathroom, a balcony with sea view,a flat-screen TV and ait condition . The property is completely enclosed, offers a big private parking space.

The small, situated opposite the islands of Brijuni National Park, fishing Fažana moults slowly but surely become one of the most popular resorts in Istria, together with the neighboring villages as Valbandon, Vodnjan, Peroj and some other. A kilometer long promenade leads from virtually on the beach town core towards the beaches of Valbandon and almost to Pula, the largest city of Istria. Although Fažana is almost at the southernmost point of Istria, your near Fažana and Valbandon booked villa with pool only about hours from Munich and hours drive away from Stuttgart. Austrians have shorter distances. During the summer months are held in and around Fažana numerous bound to the fishery and olive oil tradition festivals and other events. Here you can learn what the locals can cook local and cheap ingredients for sweets often.
