Description

The newly renovated holiday home has approx. 80 sqm and modern central heating.
The living room has approx. 26 sqm and is generously equipped with couch, dining table, fireplace, SAT/Internet TV and WLAN VDSL 50.
Two bedrooms with double beds (180×200), wardrobe and SAT-TV are accessible via a small hallway
Bedroom with a single bed (90×200). It is possible to put a travel cot and there is also a travel cot and a high chair available
The single room is a passage room

The kitchen is very good with fridge/freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, kettle,
Coffee pod and coffee filter machine, dishwasher and washing machine, dryer, waffle iron and toaster, blender and kitchen scales.

The new bathroom has a ground-level shower with glass partition, WC and washbasin with mirror cabinet.

The entrance and also the covered small terrace can be reached via 2 steps.

The holiday home is located directly on the Feldmarksee lake, in the Feldmark recreation area in Sassenberg
Sassenberg lies in the middle of a triangle between Münster, Osnabrück and Bielefeld
Warendorf, the city of horses, is only 5 km away.
The A2 Beckum exit is approx. 22 km away and the A33 Halle(Westfalen) exit is km away.

On Thursday afternoons, a weekly market is held on the Mühlenplatz in front of the church.
You can rent an e-bike for up to 4 days from the town of Sassenberg for €5 a day
With over 500 km of signposted cycle paths, the area is ideal for cycling tours.
The Teutoburg Forest is also nearby and invites you to go on day trips.

Beautiful holiday home

Very beautiful house! Great location, super amenities, and spotlessly clean! Great host. We were completely satisfied for 2 weeks at Feldmarksee!

Have a great weekend in a beautiful house.

We were with 4 girls for a weekend in this really beautiful house!!! The reality surpasses the description of the house!!! Very clean.. Right by the lake... Pizzeria within walking distance... Good facilities... Super mattresses... Super communication!!! We would love to book again!!!

Perfectly renovated holiday home with a beautiful view of a lake

We spent our holidays in this house with three generations and we really didn't want for anything. We felt very comfortable.
Especially relaxing was the constant view of the Feldmarksee from the dining/games table and the small covered veranda
The lido and the boat rental are within walking distance. You can also go cycling. Otherwise, there is not much to do, so I did not give the location full points.
I can recommend this house without reservation!

It couldn't have been more beautiful!

Three of us spent a short holiday in this wonderful holiday home. The view of the water is so beautiful, whether from inside or outside, the tranquillity and nature a dream and the house is perfectly equipped so that you really want for nothing. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the stay, even if it was (too) short. Thank you very much!!!

Wonderful time out in a great holiday home

We had a wonderful week in the holiday home. There was nothing we didn't like. From the handover of the house, to the very good and complete furnishings, to the cleanliness, everything was tiptop. Added to this is the friendliness and helpfulness of the landlords.

The location of the house is first class, so that many leisure activities can be enjoyed. 7 days of sunshine enabled us to do many things by bike, so we didn't need the car at all. The cycle paths are very well signposted. The open-air swimming pool had just opened, so there were only a few bathers there. The circular path around the Feldmarksee is about 2.2 km and also leads through some shady paths. Another highlight is the beach bar with a view of the lake.

Sports activities are possible in every variety. For example, we were able to play tennis on the court of the VfL Sassenberg against payment of a small fee and were very warmly welcomed there

All in all, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come again.

Again and again with pleasure

We had a really great short holiday at the lake.
Super location for long bike rides, a short jog around the lake in the evening or just to the great ice cream parlour nearby.
When you come home in the evening, you can enjoy the view of the lake from the dining room. And if it's too cold, you can light a fire

Everything was very clean and cosy. Mrs. Frankrone was a very nice hostess.

Very beautifully situated, quiet and relaxing

Very lovingly furnished bungalow with a beautiful terrace and view of the lake.
The bungalow is well equipped, freshly renovated and the kitchen has everything you need. The wood-burning stove and a large TV complete the picture.
We had a great stay and will definitely come back.

Very nicely equipped holiday apartment in a relaxed, quiet location.

Very nice, bright, clean holiday bungalow in a quiet, rural, relaxing location right on the lake.
The kitchen and living area are ideally equipped. Very friendly landlords; we were warmly welcomed. Questions in advance could be resolved easily and quickly via email.
2 baby cots were specially purchased for our twins.
We had a fantastic stay and can absolutely recommend the house by the lake.
