The holiday home is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of space. It has central heating. All bedrooms are equipped with washbasins. The ground floor offers a pleasant living comfort with its fully equipped eat-in kitchen, the spacious living room with couch set and corner bench and the additional dining room. In the basement wood stove sauna and large relaxation room, ski cellar. You have to bring your own towels. 4 parking spaces. Ski bus stop approx. 200 m. Non-smoking house. In summer rental and prices also for 4 persons.

Cozy holiday home for feeling good
We were here on a ski vacation with several families and had a great time!

Everything was perfectly clean!
*Facilities and Furnishings:*
The holiday home is very cozily furnished in alpine style.
On the upper floor, there are several rooms of different sizes, and on the ground floor, a living kitchen with a corner bench invites you to cook. Next door is the living room with a large couch and another corner bench area. Our children always played here. Additionally, there is a very spacious dining room where we all found room together.
In the basement, there is a sauna with a relaxation room.
Overall, the house is super functional with a large hallway, an anteroom for all shoes, a pantry, and a ski cellar.
In the garden, our children were able to play in the snow and build a snowman.

The holiday home is located in a small hamlet near the town of Mauterndorf. One has a dreamlike view of the high valley and the surrounding mountains. From the house, a beautiful hiking path leads to the village.
Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in 3 minutes.

The contact with the host was very friendly and uncomplicated.
We would unreservedly recommend the house for families with children or groups. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back!

Dreamlike holiday home, whether summer or winter
The house is located in an excellent location and is the perfect starting point for active vacations. In summer, hikes and bike tours start right at the front door, and in winter, you can reach four different ski areas in no time. The holiday home impresses with a lot of charm and a very high-quality equipment. Highlights such as the sauna, the ski cellar, and the lovingly furnished rooms ensure high comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped and leaves nothing to be desired – including a practical pantry. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and offer additional comfort: Each room has its own sink, some even have their own shower. This way, even with several people, one always feels comfortable and well accommodated.
