A bungalow (100sqm) for 2-4 people, with a fantastic panoramic view.
Good amenities ensure a relaxing holiday! The view of the deep blue Atlantic with phenomenal sunsets is unique.
Casa Por do Sol is located in the western part of Sao Miguel, on a lush property, idyllically situated in the countryside. Some barking four-legged friends also live in the neighborhood here—just typical country life! If that doesn’t bother you, you will be able to relax wonderfully here. The spacious living area with fireplace and dining area merges into the open kitchen. The two bedrooms are on the other side of the house, one with direct access to the beautiful terrace and sea view.
The furnishings are bright, cozy, and modern.
From the spacious terrace you have a wonderful view.
Infrared heaters and an air conditioning unit provide pleasant warmth and comfort on cooler winter days. In the living-dining room, there is a wood-burning stove for cozy evenings; firewood is available.
Furnishings:
Living room with dining area and fireplace, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be combined into a double bed. The beds have good mattresses as well as mattress toppers.
The very well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and refrigerator, blender, etc. offers everything you need for self-sufficiency.
A washing machine and a dryer are located in the small utility room next to the kitchen.
Hot water is provided by a modern hot water tank.
The electricity is supported by 8 solar panels and supplied via battery.
The house is equipped with high-speed internet via fiber optic fixed line.

Prices depending on season 98,- to 145,- for up to 4 people, plus. one-time €85 final cleaning.
Payment conditions:
With booking of the holiday house, a 30% deposit is due. The remaining payment is due at the latest 4 weeks before the start of the trip.
Cancellation conditions for all houses:
Up to 60 days before the start of the trip 30% of the rental price,
from 59 days before the start of the trip 50% of the rental price,
from 27 days before the start of the trip 90% of the rental price,
from 3 days before the start of the trip the total amount.
In any case, at least €100.00.

The beautiful garden, the covered terrace and the spacious barbecue area invite you to dream and relax at any time.
The beautiful western part of the island offers wonderful hiking tours, thermal springs, sandy beach and swimming in the sea.
There are restaurants and shops in the village
To the crater edge of the Sete Cidades can be hiked who would like from the village. Also the old country road is a beautiful hiking route, it reaches around the whole island.

Very relaxing with many possibilities
We met super nice and friendly landlords who were waiting for us directly at the house upon our arrival.
The holiday home has everything you need for a pleasant vacation, a really beautiful garden with a view of the Atlantic.
During our 10 vacation days, we covered almost 1000 km on the island with our rental car, visited great hiking trails and sights. A rental car is absolutely necessary. Shopping options and restaurants are reachable within a few kilometers. With this holiday home and the great surroundings, you can't go wrong at all. Thank you again... Michi and Corinna

Dreamlike location

Dream holiday
What a great place to enjoy your holiday! A great base to relax and a central location for exploring the whole west side of the island. Comfortable beds, great shower, kitchen fully equipped- we were grateful for the blender so we could bake a birthday cake :-D . And of course the view! We enjoyed every sunset. Lots of space in the flowery garden, for relaxing, barbecuing, yoga.... The hosts were great - a very warm welcome! We will be back again!
