Stylish and luxurious Villa Antares offers fully air-conditioned and very comfortable accommodation for 8 people, located within a short walking distance to the sandy beach (120m), several different restaurants, and shops.
Villa offers 4 en-suite bedrooms (2 with sea views), a spacious living and dining area, a huge terrace with lounge seating, 6 deck chairs, and a private swimming pool with massage and counter-current swimming program, a Finnish Sauna, and a Pool table.
Villa Antares is a modern property nestled in Duće the only 120m from the most beautiful sandy beach in Duće, with great sea views from two bedrooms and living/dining/pool areas. You are invited to relax whilst watching the sunset over the Adriatic. Due to the villa's location, you are only a few steps away from the sandy beach, bars, restaurants, and other attractions.
Villa is modern and stylish, equipped with high-quality amenities and all a modern guest would need for a very comfortable stay, fully air-conditioned, and with free WiFi.
*The outdoor offers a private swimming pool of 6.5 x 3.5m with a counter-current swimming program and a hydro-massage for relaxation. The spacious terrace offers 6 deck chairs, an alfresco lounge corner with an electric barbecue.
*The ground floor with glass walls in the living and dining room perfectly frames the views for guests relaxing in the sitting area, gathering around the dining table for 8, or preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is connected to the outdoor area. There is also a Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm that can open into two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has views of the mountain and olive grove. A separate toilet and a facility room next to it.
* The lower ground floor is approached with an internal staircase and from the garage. It offers a room with a Pool table with a high stool table, and chairs for your evening entertainment. Next to it is a Finnish sauna room.
*The first floor consists of Bedroom No. 2 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with a shower, the bedroom is air-conditioned and has views of the mountain and olive grove. Bedroom No. 3 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in closet, air conditioner, and a balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture. Bedroom No. 4 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, en-suite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet, air conditioner, and a balcony with sea views and outdoor furniture. There is also a room with toys for your youngest and a PS4.
*Two parking places and one garage place are secured. Next to the garage is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and other needed appliances.

Beautiful villa and very lovely hosts
The villa is an absolute dream, beautiful and lacking nothing. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and enjoyed our holiday to the fullest

Stylish, Breathtaking, Beautiful
We love coming to Croatia in October, and again we were not disappointed, this new Villa just oozes class and style as well as amazing views, the interior is stylish with open plan living and dining, beautiful modern kitchen and the most amazing staircase you will see, the 3 bedroom are all en suit and are all big enough to be masters, the balcony is such an amazing place to sit in the morning or evening , what a sunset!!!
Out door space was also perfectly proportioned with sunning area and swimming pool, we didnt have a car but the garage is huge, in October most places have shut up, by from coming in the past we knew the supermarket was ten mins walk and Omis around twenty, Shooko Beach bar is also open and about a ten min walk, under the main road tunnel onto the beach, amazing Pizza, all in all we would highly recommend this Villa, and both hosts were amazing, so friendly and go out there way to answer any questions during your stay, they recommended a local massage who comes to the villa, my wife did this and she was again amazing, we would not hesitate to return to this villa in the future

Perfect family holiday
Villa antares is the perfect place to vacation with family and friends. The house is beautiful, comfortable and finished with taste. The villa worked well during the stay with small children, who could rest in the evenings in the bedrooms upstairs, while adults spent their free time on the ground floor.
Bedrooms are large, comfortable and provide privacy.
The large living space allows you to spend time together, cooking and resting. The house is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday, including baking a cake or doing laundry.
The underground access to the beach is not far away.
A large terrace with a swimming pool are great alternatives and you will get bored of the beach. It allows comfortable sunbathing on deckchairs with a view of the sea. The terrace is also a nice place for an evening barbecue.
The owners are nice and friendly, will help you solve any problem, recommend a good restaurant nearby. Thank you for a nice time in your home.
