Description

Each apartment has solid window blinds and built-in mosquito nets. All apartments have a balcony with a seating for 4 people, satellite TV, air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and dish for 6 persons, with fridge and freezer compartment. For each apartment we have secured one parking space in our private parking lot that is illuminated at night.

Location and surroundings of object

Njivice is a small place on the western coast of Krk. There is a long, well-maintained car-free walkway where you can reach the shore in your favorite coves - even on fine pebble beaches, sometimes on a mild stone beach, sometimes a small quiet cove, or sometimes with a beach bar, a trampoline and public kids playground with well maintained showers and toilets.
Along the coast you will find well-kept restaurants offering Mediterranean cuisine, reasonable prices, cafes, grills, cakes and homemade ice cream - for everyone!
The sea is crystal clear, in all shades of blue to turquoise, with a beautiful view of the island of Cres and the peninsula of Istria.

The rest of the payment upon arrival can only be made in cash or bank transfer (we do not accept credit cards!).
Tourist tax (adults, children), inclusive.
The price includes all taxes, operating costs and cleaning.
Pets are not allowed.
Please be sure to bring your own beach towels.
Outside visitors (friends, relatives) are allowed with the permission of the landlord, but not from 10pm to 8am.
For pleasant stay of all our guests, peace and quiet should be from 10pm to 8am.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation possible up to 14 days before the arrival date.

In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the reservation is cancelled 13 or fewer days before arrival, the deposit is completely non-refundable.

Travel by Car and Affordable Prices: Our house is located on the island of Krk in the northern Adriatic. We are available via the bridge from the mainland and do not depend on ferries.
In addition to the car, you can also get to us by the perfect airfare for the Rijeka airport located on our island! From Easter to Autumn you can fly from many European cities with low-cost airline companies. If you book early, this is for very little money and for a short time! Flight is about 1 - 2 hours, then taxi for about 25 € you are already at our front door. Our house is perfect for a vacation without a car because everything is easily accessible on foot: bakery, market, restaurants, bistros, cafes, pastry shops ...
