The flat is just 300 metres from the beautiful beach. The quiet location of the flat on the ground floor of the Residence Juliana complex includes a large sunny terrace facing south-west!
The flat has a cosy living room with double sliding doors to the terrace, comfortable sitting area in the dining area, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and combi microwave.
Two bedrooms with a total of one cot and two single beds.
The bathroom has underfloor heating with shower and bathtub.
WLAN and Smat TV are available. A free car park is available directly at the entrance.
In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous recreational opportunities such as a covered swimming pool, a golf course, mini golf, tennis courts and riding facilities, bicycle and canoe hire!

Julianadorp aan Zee is located about 5 km south of Den Helder in the north of the province of North Holland.
The proximity of the dunes and the beach makes the village very popular with tourists. Here you can enjoy the beautiful beach, nature, canoeing and much more. Julianadorp aan Zee belongs to the municipality of Den Helder. The beaches here have been declared the cleanest beaches in Noord-Holland, and Den Helder has on average the most sunshine hours per year in the Netherlands!!!! shopping, cheese and flower bulb fields!

Julianadorp is about 30km away from Alkmaar. Here you can shop comfortably and watch how the North Dutch cheese is made. Of course there are also many restaurants and street cafés. I'm sure Alkmaar is worth a visit!
Or you can go to the weekly market in Schagen on Thursday. Also a cosy and interesting town!
at the end of April you can visit the flower days in Breezand and Anna Paulowna. The bulb fields are then again full of magnificent flowers and there are many beautiful flower mosaics to admire.
Sport and recreation
recreatieThere is plenty for sports lovers to experience! You can choose a route for jogging, hiking or cycling.
You can also make use of the canoe and bicycle route. This one is 14km long. So you can get to know Den Helder in a completely different way.
There are three starting points for canoeing.
You can choose between the 'Dorpsroute', the 'Boerenlandroute', the 'Natuurroute' or the 'Stad- en Stellingroute'.
The beach offers opportunities for many different activities for young and old:
Powerkiting, kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, relaxed hikes, scavenger hunts, etc.

Great location and beautiful apartment
The holiday apartment is simply beautifully furnished and offers a positive atmosphere. The path to the beach is short, and for older people, it is a bit strenuous but absolutely no problem. The complex is located in a quiet and beautiful park. For me, it was an all-around lovely time. Anytime again. The contact with the owner was great, friendly, and helpful. All together, positive and full score.

For years, top!
For four years now, we have been staying in this apartment annually and look forward to our stay there every time! In this really well-equipped apartment, you immediately feel at home. You can reach the beach in 5-10 minutes on foot, but you can also make yourself comfortable on your own terrace and let your soul dangle.

Relaxed Christmas time by the sea
Great apartment! We had a lot of fun with our group and could do a lot from there. And when the weather was bad, we cooked, played, or watched Netflix in the vacation rental.
