Description
In our 'garden house', located next to our house, we have created a place of relaxation.
The sea is a 10-minute walk away, and the dunes start at the end of the road.
The center of Zandvoort is a 10-minute walk away. There, one can find the Albert Heijn supermarket, Kruidvat drugstore, Hema department store, bakeries, butcheries, etc., as well as caterers, cafes, restaurants, and a large selection of beach bars directly on the sea. The center of the beautiful bishop's city Haarlem can be reached by bicycle in 25 minutes, where one can find numerous attractions, shops, and restaurants.
And now to the little house: There are 2 single beds, a small but fine kitchen with an electric stove, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso, and refrigerator, as well as a small TV with Netflix access, and very many German TV channels and of course WIFI. The bathroom with a large shower, sink, and toilet would also be accessible for wheelchair users.
The cottage provides enough space for two people, ideal for couples or friends.
The garden is shared with the owners of the 'main house,' bicycles can be parked in the driveway, and paid parking can also be on the garden path after consultation. Everything in Zandvoort is paid!
There is a heating system that can be regulated by oneself, so it can also be rented in the winter.

Location and surroundings of object
In our tutuinhuis, that after we left our house, we created a fijne place where we could ever remain asleep as he leaks even wants to be. It is on the loop stand (10min) of the lake and you are at the end of the road.

Everything is wonderful!
Beautifully located accommodation, very clean, wonderful garden. Very nice and helpful landlady. Comfortable beds, large bathroom, even towels were sufficiently available. City and beach within walking distance in 10 - 15 minutes. I will gladly inquire again for my next stay in Zandvoort.

Great recommendation
We spent a very nice, relaxing week here just the two of us.
We arrived by train and the connection to Amsterdam (30min) works great. The little house is equipped with everything you need (as in the pictures) and is very clean and cozy :)
In a few minutes, you can be in the city or the dunes for a walk, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the beach.
And the hostess is very friendly as well.
Overall, we are glad we found the little house. Highly recommended!

Short dream vacation!
I can only agree with the previous reviews. A very beautiful, quietly located, and clean feel-good oasis, run by Martie, a loving and super friendly hostess. For us, the perfect accommodation for two people. Lovely small outdoor area in the green garden, nicely furnished little holiday cottage with everything you need. And on top of that, the beautiful sunny weather was just perfect. We will definitely come back!

Perfect getaway in a dream location
We felt completely at home at Martie! The accommodation is a small oasis – lovingly furnished, super clean, and equipped with everything you need. Especially great was that we could comfortably park our car in the driveway and even leave the next day without any problems. The location is perfect: in just 16 minutes, you can either be in the city center at the supermarket or take a beautiful path along the dunes to the beach. It is pleasantly quiet, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the shower was a real highlight. Small details like the TV with German channels and the Nespresso machine for coffee in the morning made the stay even more enjoyable.
Martie warmly welcomed us, and we immediately felt at home. We really lacked for nothing – we will definitely come back!

Because there are so many stimuli to be heard and so many places to be heard from, I have now found a way to welcome guests in our home I am a physical therapist and I specialise in people with a handicap who make a bathroom latent the biggest of them all. I walk with my dog in the dunes and on the beach and at Zandvoort I find a magnificent place to stay Doing is my hobby Because I love to travel and have found many beautiful places in the world, I now find it very nice to receive guests in our converted garden house. I am a physiotherapist and have had a bathroom built especially for people with disabilities Every day I go with my dog into the dunes and to the beach, swim with him in the sea and find Zandvoort a wonderful place to live, in every season. Gardening is my hobby.
