In the heart of Black Périgord in the valley of Man - between Siorac and the mediaval village of Belves, a magnificent villa, 220 m², with 5 bedrooms, an independent studio, a private pool, pingpong table, a fully equipped kitchen, a relaxing lounge with fireplace and stove. Terraces around the house. The villas are located in a romantic park, Surrounded by a small river (La Nauze) flowing in the Dordogne. The Domaine is located in the center of the most touristic area of the Dordogne. 3 minutes driving : Siorac-en-Périgord, with its beaches on the Dordogne where you can go canoe and kayak. 2 minutes driving : the medieval village of Belves, among the most beautiful villages in France. In 15 minutes driving you will reach Les Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, World Capital of Prehistory and home of Cro-Magnon. In 20 minutes you reach the prestigious medieval city of Sarlat-la-Canéda, the capital of Périgord Noir. In 20 minutes there is La Roque Saint Christophe, the village in the caves, 80 meters high and 1 kilometer long. Nearby La Maison fort of Reignac, the last intact example of a Château-falaise in France. There are many historical sites close to the Domain, accessible in less than 1 hour: Monpazier, The castles of Beynac and Cazenac, Saint Cyprien, Montignac/Lascaux, Rocamadour. For the golf lovers, there are 2 courses 1 km from the Domain : Lolivarie and La Forge. You may discover Dordogne in a balloon or boat cruise on the river. Your villa is ready for you. Great location!
Beautiful house with all facilities.
A couple of things were not right, including the outdoor table and some chairs, but they were fixed immediately after reporting.
The first days were exceptionally warm (around 40 degrees) and the pool was excellent for the necessary cooling, as was the refrigerator with ice maker.
The Wi-Fi was not good, very poor reception.
We spent more time outside than in the house.
The attic bedroom is too hot at this time (summer).

Nice discovery
For this magnificent accommodation, in its first year of operation, we were welcomed like princes and the place is particularly well equipped and pleasant. The pool is very large and well maintained and the outbuildings are highly appreciated... This is a place to absolutely remember.

Luxurious villa, centrally located in a beautiful domain
We enjoyed our holiday at the Dordogne. The villa is very spacious and warmly decorated. The garden is beautiful with a tremendous terrace and swimming pool. The additional shower and toilet near the swimming pool is very convenient. All amenities are present, the American fridge in the kitchen with ice dispenser is very welcome to have a fresh drink near the swimming pool. The location is very central to discover the Dordogne with its historical sites, charming villages and excellent restaurants . This is really a place I would like to come back to.
