The house has its own carport and a new, exclusive terrace roof with ceiling spotlights for dimming, as well as a storage space/garden shed for your bicycles.

For the safety of our little guests, the direct access to the jetty/canal has been secured with a garden gate!

The holiday home is located in Krummhörn in the district of Loquard between Emden and Greetsiel, directly on the canal "Loquarder Tief". With a wide view over meadows and fields, the house offers peace and relaxation all year round. Simply enjoy the undisturbed tranquility here. Take time to read and go for walks.
You simply have to feel comfortable here. In the beautiful garden with two terraces, you can really enjoy the best time of the year. For the little guests there is a sandbox, two swings, wooden building blocks or Duplo bricks, a small soccer goal, and board games for young and old are available on request. A playground is very close by, 50 m away.
The two terraces and the boat dock are equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, or a beach chair as well as a garden grill and fire bowl. Here you can simply relax and let your gaze wander over the wide East Frisian fields and enjoy your vacation under the new, exclusive terrace roof, regardless of the weather.
The house offers space for up to 7 people (6 fixed beds + 1 travel cot for infants).

The holiday home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a new housing estate of Loquard and directly at the canal "Loquarder Tief". This settlement consists of a few holiday homes and normal detached houses. The house has its own jetty with seating and, if desired, its own boat for exploring and for trips on the East Frisian inland waters.
The location is unspoilt and so you have a wonderful view over the East Frisian landscape from the terraces. You can watch the farmers tilling their fields or watch the deer running free in the fields here. Fish (sometimes jumping), ducks, swans and frogs can also be spotted here along the directly adjacent canal
It is a good idea to take advantage of the adjacent field walking trails through the East Frisian fields. But you should also take a walk on the great dykes along the North Sea coast or use the super-developed cycle paths by bike and enjoy the still clean, sometimes rough sea air. Loquard is one of 19 villages in the municipality of Krummhörn, which is located in the far west of the East Frisian North Sea coast. Rural or farming structures characterise the landscape. Loquard is a historic terp village with an imposing church, a wharf, a water mill and small alleyways.
Behind the Loquard dike is the Wadden Sea National Park, which is unique in Germany. The Wadden Sea and the adjacent "salt marshes" serve as breeding grounds for local birds. In spring and autumn, a fascinating spectacle can be observed here: Birds from all over the world make a stopover here on their long journeys. Also in the Wadden Sea, near the villages of Loquard and Campen, is the only mussel bank in Germany!

§ 4 Cancellation and Early Termination (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, deducting the expenses saved, unless re-renting is possible: Cancellation - up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price - up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price - up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price - up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price - otherwise (less than 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price. Nevertheless, the landlord will attempt to re-rent the property. (2) The tenant can at any time prove lesser damage. (3) If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.

Very beautiful house
We enjoyed the wonderful peace for 1 week. Unfortunately, the weather god did not cooperate, but there's nothing you can do about that. Bad luck! Very nice landlords, thank you for the great week. We can only recommend it further. Sigrid & André

Spontaneously decided and not regretted
A short-term planned vacation. Booked at short notice. Nice attentive landlords. We were expecting accommodation with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Watching the deer in the morning when getting up. Afternoon relaxation in the great garden with various seating options, also on the boat dock. Pure peace and relaxation. Everything you need to relax and recharge your batteries. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation.

Restful vacation
Super nice holiday home in a completely quiet location. Everything you need is available in the holiday home. The covered terrace allows you to stay outside even in a small rain shower. You can also sit comfortably on the boat dock, or you can use one of the optional boats to drive across the canal.

The first vacation with our grandson at the North Sea wave was a great success. The boat trips, fishing, grilling and playing in the garden contributed a lot to our relaxation. The lovingly furnished house left nothing to be desired. Whether it was the priority railway, sandbox or swing, they were always in use. Pure relaxation!
We were guests in your holiday home for the second time! We have now compared it to Nordseesonne and Nordseewelle and can recommend both warmly and with a clear conscience The boat trips with petrol engine a dream!!! An experience that we look back on with pleasure!
