Livin Large apartments are for people who like big spaces. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor, it features 128 m2 of living area with private entrance.

Apartment 1 offers a private 60 m2 covered terrace with private barbecue and views of the pool.

Air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms are featured.

Spacious, American style accommodation with a private terrace (60 m2) which is larger than the average apartment in Istria. Apartments this big are rare in Istria.

Our guests can use 2 bedrooms, living room, one bathroom, one toilet, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

Quiet street, first house 150 m from the apartment building.

The sea is only 700 m away, so you can reach it by foot in couple of minutes. First restaurant and market are 300 m away from the property.

You have about 5 minutes of car drive to Medulin. Pula is 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet, "touristy" and ideal for families with children that need a no stress vacation.

You are 5-minute walk away from the sea. You need 5 minutes of car drive to reach the most popular tourist destination in Istria - Medulin. Experience the magic of the promenade, taste the food of numerous restaurants with top-of-the-range domestic, fish and meat specialties or simply chill the whole day on the sandy beach. All this gives you a special feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment on your vacation, that you will surely want to come again.

The garden is shared between Apartment 1 (ground floor) and Apartment 2 (1st floor).

The pool is shared between Apartments 1 and 2. The owners are mostly at work and do not use the pool.
