Description
This villa provides enough space for up to 6 people. Due to the unique corner location of the property, you have an idyllic view across the water and can enjoy the sun by the pool all day long.
The floor plans at the end of the photos provide a good impression of the room arrangement and size of the villa.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom with two vanities and big walk in shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool area. Both the master bedroom and bathroom are handicap accessible. The other two bedrooms with king size beds share the second bathroom with vanity, bath tub and shower.
The spacious living area is the perfect place to relax. The open and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) is directly adjacent to the living area. Music & movie fans will love our Sonos stereo sound system with wireless speakers. Enjoy your local radio station, movies with surround sound or your individual playlist all over the house and the pool area.
As a special highlight there is a game room with airhockey table at the house.
The pool area offers all you could wish for: large pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area with BBQ. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique. No more irritated eyes.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.
Although this is a non-smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding.

About 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and 2 hours from Tampa to the house. 2.5 hours to Orlando with its many parks like Sea World, Disney World, or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples into the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with a Yacht Club. The most famous ones, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, or Captiva Island, can also be reached in 35 minutes. In the area you will find many shopping opportunities. The nearest large supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Large shopping mall and outlet stores in 20 minutes. The Sun Splash water park is located in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is situated right between the dreamlike islands of Captiva, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood, loved the pool
Quiet neighborhood, lovely house. Super clean and modern newly built home, pool was fantastic. Bedrooms all very large and roomy and the king size beds throughout were all very comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens and closet space. Huge oversize garage left plenty of room for parking and loading and unloading vehicle in the rain. Kitchen had everything you could think of for your cooking and grilling needs, very spacious and comfy. The pool area has plenty of seating with a quiet yard to enjoy the pool all day long. Master bathroom was outstanding (Fell in LOVE with that huge shower). My family looks forward to a return stay in the future.

Thank you for a great place to stay
Very beautiful house. Sparkling pool which is relatively private. Stunning master suite. Very clean. just like the pictures. One of the nicer houses in the neighborhood. About 30mins to an hour from nicer beaches. You do apparently have to pay for electricity during your stay.

Wonderful!
I couldn’t ask for a better house to stay in for a relaxing vacation. The home had all the appliances needed to feel right at home and everything was so convenient. The pool had sun all day from 9:30am - 6pm. It did have chlorine but it’s expected. If you rent a car you can visit the beaches near by. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful home.

We really loved your house. Thank you!!
This place is GORGEOUS and it has everything we needed. The pool area is amazing. We spent 10 days with a toddler and a 7-month old baby and it was perfect. Everything was very clean and host was very kind and made herself available. Neighborhood is great for kids. Very quiet. My daughter could ride her bike and run on the street. It is safe. The house has Nespresso coffee maker which was a plus for me. They also have some pool noodles and floats on the garage which made my daughter extremely happy. Several great quality towels for pool and bath. They also have Apple Tv so you don’t need to bring yours. Pool service comes on a weekly basis so they do maintain the pool very clean. We loved the house and we will definitely come back!
