Description
The lovingly maintained house offers on one level a living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The house is designed for 5 persons. Occupancy with more than 5 persons is only possible on request
A mobile baby travel cot (Hauck) with mosquito protection and a high chair are available. The kitchen was recently renovated and a dishwasher was integrated. In addition, there is a bread maker, a deep fryer and a microwave. In the multi-purpose room there is a 2nd WC and a washing machine which can be used.
You can use the rowing boat on the lake free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
The large natural plot, interspersed with rocks and with a view of Stora Valsjön (Great Whale Lake), invites you to relax. Lake Unden, one of the clearest and oldest lakes in Sweden, is about 2 km away. This lake is connected to other lakes and borders the Tiveden National Park, a nature and hiking paradise. Lake Vättern, 18 km away, with its northern archipelago is another attraction. So is the Göta Canal and the city of Karlsborg with its fortress. The cities of Gothenburg and Stockholm are about 2.5 h away.

Rest and relaxation
Very clean and comfortable holiday home by the lake. Ideal for nature lovers seeking peace and relaxation. However, there are also plenty of sights and excursion destinations. There were large quantities of mushrooms and berries in the immediate vicinity and moose in the wild.

Great vacation by the lake
This house is truly a Swedish dream! Already upon entering the holiday home you feel comfortable. The equipment is top notch. Everything is very clean and everything you need is there. The living room is very cozy, so you can also spend a few rainy hours well. The lake is reached within about 3 minutes on foot and you almost always have it to yourself. Swimming, fishing, boating or simply relaxing by the water, everything is practically right outside the front door. We only had one week and couldn't explore everything in the area. You should definitely visit Tiveden National Park, there are beautiful hiking trails of different lengths for the whole family. Don't miss the Utnäset Nature Reserve on Lake Vättern either! A trip to the Göta Canal with locks and café is also very interesting. Supermarket only 5 km away.
The contact with the landlord was very nice. Unbeatable value for money.

Great holiday
Very nice, lovingly furnished holiday home, neat, clean and the furnishings left nothing to be desired
Wishes unfulfilled, simply cosy!
Wonderful tranquillity and good location for excursions into the surrounding area. The lake is easy to reach - approx. 5 min, the bathing area is also clean and the access to the lake sandy with hardly any stones.
The jetty belonging to the house is new and nice and wide, we spent some nice sunny hours there
The hiking trails in the immediate vicinity are easy to follow even for non-sporty people.
We felt very comfortable there!
A very big thank you to the landlords for letting us stay there.
We will be back!

very nice house
Beautiful house , well furnished , equipped and very clean. Lake with good boat for fishing (big pike). Everything included in the price, even firewood provided. Blueberries and mushrooms to pick in the area. Many possibilities for excursions (e.g. Goeta Canal , Tiveden, Forsvik, Mariestad). Direct and nice contact with the landlord. We had a perfect holiday and will gladly come back. Highly recommended.

Almost perfect FH
+ Very well equipped - cosy atmosphere - fantastic location close to the lake. Very nice and obliging landlords. Thank you very much!
- Too high and much too soft bed - we could not use the boat, as it was not clear which one it was and at which jetty it had to be launched. The manager we contacted told us that he was only there for emergencies and showed us the boat and the jetty where we should not launch it. The actual jetty was completely overgrown and we were not in a position to get it onto the lake on our own. He did not offer any help. Instead, he showed up an hour later with a mobile lawnmower and mowed around all the obstacles while we drank coffee Without a caretaker, it would have been a dream stay for us!

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass sie überwiegend einen schönen Aufenthalt halten und bedanken uns für die Bewertung. Die Betten sind das Härteste, was wir bei Ikea finden konnten und wurden bisher von vielen Urlaubern sehr gelobt. Normalerweise lassen wir das Ruderboot schon Ostern zu Wasser. In diesem Jahr wäre es Ende März gewesen. Da wir aufgrund der Rückkehrquarantäne nicht zwischenzeitlich noch mal nach Schweden fahren konnten und für den April viel Regen angesagt war, haben wir es leider nicht reingezogen, da es vielleicht vollgelaufen wäre. In Zukunft werden wir eine andere Lösung finden. Der Hausbetreuer ist überwiegend für Probleme im Haus zuständig. Das hätten wir klarer kommunizieren können. Tut uns leid. Er hatte es auch nur gut gemeint, in ihrem dreiwöchigen Aufenthalt das Grün vor dem Haus etwas kürzer zu halten. In der Regel geschieht dies in Abwesenheit der Urlauber. Wir hoffen, dass wir sie in Zukunft wieder in unserem Haus begrüßen dürfen und verbleiben mit lieben Grüßen
