Malinska. The holiday home is located on an open plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property.

Ground floor: Living room (walk-through room) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, TV, dining area (8 seats) and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, shared with the lounge). Bedroom with TV and access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs, 5 sun loungers). American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (walk-through room) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 2 washbasins, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Separate WC with washing machine, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 cot and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 2 washbasins, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
2nd floor: Gallery with On the second floor there is a playroom for children, a table for table tennis, fitness equipment and an additional fridge. Bathroom with shower.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
