The holiday home, built in 2019 is a semi-detached house and modern and luxury furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, in a residential area. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen (walk-through room) with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, WC, bidet and hairdryer. Separate toilet with washing machine, 1 sink and WC.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, together with bedroom). Bedroom with 1 single bed and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 2 sinks, WC, bidet and hairdryer.
2nd floor: Gallery with On the second floor there is a playroom for children, a table tennis table, fitness equipment and an additional refrigerator. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.
