The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1980, was renovated in 2010, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property into the valley and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sun umbrella, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Location
Malinska. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot of 800 sqm with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house part-time but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 100 m, town centre 300 m. Pharmacy, bank each 300 m in Malinska. Airport in Omisalj 6 km. Main road 10 m. Children's playground 300 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 200 m in Malinska (beach 200 m in Malinska with stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Malinska: Dog beach 1000 m, boat rental 200 m and diving 300 m. Tennis in Njivice 5 km.

Living room (20 sqm, unheated) with seating area, TV, dining area (5 seats) and access to the balcony (5 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, parasol, shared with the eat-in kitchen). Bedroom (10 sqm, unheated) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (8 sqm, unheated) with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living room (6 sqm) with gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, fridge (300 l, freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom (5 sqm, unheated) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window. Separate WC (3 sqm, unheated) with 1 washbasin and WC.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, laundry package (hand towels, bath towel), bed linen (first usage), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).

There were four of us here and we were all thrilled. The apartment has a great cut and there is enough space, great terrace and the house has a great location. Everything in short distances attainable. Supermarket, food, beach, center. We would definitely come back here. The landlord was also super nice. Thanks to all of you who have taken care of this smooth process.

The landlord was super nice. We were warmly welcomed with a can of beer for the men and a bottle of iced tea for the women. 1 apartment was rented that we didn't even notice. We had a nice big terrace where we could have breakfast every day and also sit in the evening. What was not so good was that our neighbors had a great view of the Adriatic Sea on Sundays
