The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, built in 1980, renovated in 2010 and is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, grill possibility and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday apartement is located on a 800 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. There is no heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Bedroom (10 sqm, not heatable) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (8 sqm, not heatable) with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room (6 sqm) with gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, fridge (300 l, icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom (5 sqm, not heatable) with bathtub, 1 sink, WC and window. Separate toilet (3 sqm, not heatable) with 1 sink and WC.

There were four of us here and we were all thrilled. The apartment has a great cut and there is enough space, great terrace and the house has a great location. Everything in short distances attainable. Supermarket, food, beach, center. We would definitely come back here. The landlord was also super nice. Thanks to all of you who have taken care of this smooth process.

The landlord was super nice. We were warmly welcomed with a can of beer for the men and a bottle of iced tea for the women. 1 apartment was rented that we didn't even notice. We had a nice big terrace where we could have breakfast every day and also sit in the evening. What was not so good was that our neighbors had a great view of the Adriatic Sea on Sundays
