Description

The “Little Castle” is really a special house in the Porec region. It will provide you with comfort which can be seen only in more expensive, exclusive villas. This spectacular, spacious house is located 4 km from Poreč.

Distance from Pula Airport is 60 km. The first market is located 300 m from the property.

Special features of the Little Castle:

- within the house there is a lookout tower (outpost), from which you can observe the sea, ships and seagulls in the distance

enjoy the unforgettable summer magic with a glass of quality Istrian wine

- spacious yard occupies 800 m2, the front is dominated by a beautiful large palm tree, in the backyard there is a garden with spices that you can use

- a total of 22 people can be accommodated on 3 different terraces

- 3 bicycles are at your disposal for free

- a garage is available to all guests

The 4 bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds, and two have their own private balconies. All 3 bathrooms are equipped with shower + one bath. 2 kitchens are fully equipped to meet the needs of the most demanding gourmets.

This property features a separate house in the backyard that is fully equipped with a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and balcony.

The 40 m2 swimming pool is located in the back yard, there are staircases with a fence for a gradual entry into the water.

The house is ideal for large families, and you will not miss a crib or high chair. The popular Aquacolors Aqua Park is just 8 km away.
