This holiday villa consists of two floors, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms en-suit. The large private pool is ideal for family holidays. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with lawn, palm trees and flowering plants, the pool terrace with a brick-built barbecue, offers seating under a covered terrace or under the grapevine covered gazebo, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The plane, totally fenced property, offers great privacy and is ideal for children to play. Each of the four bedrooms has air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms on the upper floor give access to a private terrace with stunning views of the castle of Denia and the surrounding mountains. For the colder winter month you have a central underfloor heating system.
