Villa Clara is a nice traditional and very comfortable holiday home in the upscale residential area El Tosalet in Javea, for a maximum of 8 persons.
Villa Clara consists of 2 floors, with the living area, kitchen, bedroom and guest toilet on the main floor. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms suites, each with large double beds and air conditioning. The beautiful, mature garden offers lawns, pine and palm trees and both sun and shade throughout the day. The large, private pool and the covered terrace with dining area, lounge and adjoining outdoor kitchen, are ideal for relaxing vacations, outdoor dining and enjoying the view of the valley and the Montgo mountain. In winter, a gas central heating is available, in summer the bedrooms are cooled by air conditioners and fans. An ideal, year-round livable holiday property for families, but also for a group of friends or couples who want to spend a good time together.
