Description
The apartment or cottage has two units in the house. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. In the living and dining area we offer a further sleeping possibility on the sofa bed. Both apartments are equipped exactly the same and are mirror-inverted.
The kitchen is equipped with all kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a small bathtub, bidet and washing machine
The large terrace invites you to relax. Behind the accommodation Jakici there is the riding stable. Horses, donkeys and sheep; a paradise for young and old. You will find the necessary cooling in the 50m2 pool. We are looking forward to your visit!

The apartment is located in Sv. Lovrec. The town is 2km away. It is 13km to the city of Porec and the city of Vrsar
Sv. Lovrec is a beautiful, typical Istrian town with many charming stone houses and extraordinary tranquillity. There is a small grocery store, restaurants, cafés, post office and kiosk. Everything you need.
The Lim Fjord is about 6km away.

A small piece of paradise
The apartment is located in a small village about 20 minutes by car from Vrsar. The apartment was well equipped, extremely clean, and very cozy. The property is a dream! The garden, the pool, the tranquility invite you to completely relax and unwind. You need a car to go shopping, to the beach, or to the towns. During our time there, the owners opened a restaurant directly adjacent to the property, which turned out to be an absolute culinary gem. There we had the best food of our vacation. If we travel to this corner again, we will definitely book here again.

Simply wonderful !
As soon as we arrived we fell in love! Very nice, clean flat with everything you need! Wonderful garden which our dog loved and a super clean pool to relax in
Very nice family who were always approachable when we had questions. In the mornings there were often delicious delicacies on the terrace table, which made everything perfect
