Description

Cottage (86m²) with direct location at the lake. Central but quiet. Family friendly and comfortable for 4 persons. Upscale amenities: large smart TV, whirlpool, sauna, fireplace, fitness, children's play area. Bicycle rental (also eBikes), barbecue in the garden. Refrigerator, bread service, fireplace firewood, disposable barbecue, linen rental via Seepark reception. Internet included. Cyclists welcome. Pets Allowed. Charging station for eBikes, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, radio. The Seepark is currently still in the construction phase, so it may occasionally come to movements of construction vehicles, but this is already taken into account to reduce the price.

Delightfully relaxed week in Nordhorn

Keurig small-scale park (still under construction)
Large beautiful houses by the water in our case.
All comfort present, nice fishing in your backyard.
Beds a bit too soft unfortunately for us personally.
We had a good time, Nordhorn is also a very nice town.

A great holiday home that makes you forget about bad weather as well.

We were thrilled by the perfect equipment of the house. Nothing was missing. The sunny terrace with a view of the water was great. The sauna and whirlpool made us forget about the bad weather.

Bezüglich Empfehlung für "Beweglich Eingeschränkte", die wir schon früher erhalten haben, möchten wir der Korrektheit zuliebe anmerken, dass das Ferienhaus 2 Etagen hat. Es gibt also eine Treppe, die aber relativ breit und nicht sehr lang ist.

In one word: fantastic

House was great. Beautiful furnishings, clean and all amenities were there. The cottage was by the water and that was also very nice. You could fish there perfectly. Very friendly landlord. There was a wasp nest by the house and this was immediately resolved, perfect!

Pure relaxation

We had a great time.
The house is very nicely equipped and we didn't miss anything.
The quiet location and the proximity to the city centre were also great.
The wifi was not so good, but that was not really a problem.

We would come back at any time.

We were mainly out and about by bike during the day.

Das freut uns sehr, dass Sie sich wohl gefühlt haben, einen Kurzurlaub haben wir uns ja in diesem Frühjahr alle verdient. Ja, das stimmt, die Internetinfrastruktur ist im ländlichen Raum nicht so gut wie in einer Großstadt. Aber kürzlich wurde im Seepark ein Glasfaserkabel verlegt, der Vertragswechsel dauert (je nach Haus) aber noch etwas. Für Normalsurfer ist die WLAN Qualität aber völlig ausreichend.
Wir würden uns freuen, Sie wieder einmal im Ferienhaus Heimat begrüßen zu dürfen.

Great vacation home, also suitable for children.

Great location, it's not far to the city and you can also quickly reach the lake. Everything is within walking or biking distance. There is a lot to experience all around, such as pedal boating (even through the city) and the zoo, which were absolute highlights for us with children.
The sauna and the whirlpool in the house invite you to relax.
In the small garden, you can enjoy a lot of peace in the evening.
There is also a small playground for children at the entrance of the Seepark.

So, you can find everything there, fun and, if you want, also peace :)
