The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2017 and is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Baška. The holiday flat is located on an 80 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 1 m). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), and safe. Television reception is via satellite. Apart from satellite, the apartments also have programs in their native language.
