Mezzacosta house is located between Anghiari and just a few minutes from the center of Arezzo in a sunny area, absolutely quiet, with a beautiful and panoramic view on the surrounding hills. The place where you can stay is surrounded by 13 hectares of rich vegetation with pine forest, olive groves and very old trees. A farmhouse dating back to 1700 that evokes the charm of the genuine traditions. Through the accurate restoration, the house, was prepared and well equipped to ensure to just a few guests absolute confidentiality and to make independent, practical and comfortable their stay. The residence is exposed to the south, with independent entrance and direct access to the garden that is exclusively for our guests. Mezzacosta is a loving place to stay for long periods (vacation-apartments formula) or shorter time (B&B formula).
The parking for cars is included in Podere Mezzacosta with access restricted to guests of the structure. A privileged geographical location and good roads, can take easily and quickly, the most evocative historical/art itineraries of central Italy: so churches, medieval towns, the castles and unforgettable villages or cities of art like Florence - Siena - Perugia - Assisi - Urbino - are easy to find out and not least also smaller destinations as the Casentino area, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano and Chianti shire.

Mezzacosta is ideally facing south, with bright environments and panoramic gardens. In the middle of the hilly Aretina, it is surrounded by 13 hectares of pine forest with rich vegetation, forest, olive groves and secular trees.
A very simple dwelling which still evokes the charm of genuine traditions, because it was always intended as residence of the farmer. Through the restoration, the house has now been prepared and well equipped to ensure to a few guests absolute confidentiality and to make independent, practical and pleasing their stay.
Where you will live is a romantic place to stay, to take a rest, to enjoy and live colours of the season, and to feel very good. Mezzacosta is for anyone loves to travel between the Tuscany and the Umbria, living the weekend by the bed&breakfast or with the independent solution for longer stays. A privileged geographical location and good roads can take easily the most evocative historical/art itineraries of Italy central.
The manifestations in the places of the Aretino territory are numerous and frequent during all the course of the year, in case your need, you will be support from the managers with the documentation for being able to choose the most interesting event for you.
