n the small village of Trgetari on the east coast of Istria you will find this comfortable and cosy villa.
In front of the house there is a large swimming pool overlooking Raša Bay. A terrace with a large dining table is just a few steps above the pool. The garden of the villa is large and spacious - over 600 sqm of absolute privacy.
The house is divided into two apartments, which are rented together. In total there are 2 kitchens, 4 beautiful bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
The loving details in and around the villa make you feel at home.
Parking spaces and free Internet are available.

The small, quiet village of Trgetari is situated on the eastern coast of the Istrian peninsula, 1 km from the sea. The area has pebble beaches,
Sandy beaches and small private bays. Small and romantic fishing town Trget is only 1 km away.
The surrounding landscape is wonderful for beautiful walks.
Labin and Rabac can be reached by car in 15 to 20 minutes. There is a bank (ATM), pharmacy, post office, petrol station, pizzeria and supermarket.

Exceeded our expectations. Very friendly owner, always available.
If you want it quiet, this is absolutely the right place.
Large property at the end of a cul-de-sac with a beautiful pool and view.
Everything tiptop clean.
Small market 5 minutes, shopping centres 15-20 minutes away.

Very beautiful place!!!
Очень красивое место, незабываемый вид
Мы отдыхали семьёй ( 8 взрослых и 1 ребёнок).
Дом расчитан конечно только на 10 человек. При этом 2 спальних места в проходной комнате . ( друзьями будет не удобно) В доме и на территории дома все очень чисто и объустроенно . В доме живут хозяева на верхнем этаже . Люди очень приветливые и всегда рядом если что то нужно. За пребывание (1 неделя ) поменяли все полотенчики. Есть все необходимое
В округе рядом нет ни одного магазина ( нужно ехать в соседний городок чтоб купить даже хлеб)
Нет нормального пляжа для купания! Место где можно как то покупаться не пригодно абсолютно и чтоб к нему добраться нужно идти пешком с очень крутой горы точно пару километров а может и больше. Назад точно не вернуться в гору :-( Это большой минус!!!! Спасал бассейн который находиться на территории дома.
Есть 2 ресторанчика . Чтоб хорошо отдохнуть или погулять нужно ехать за 15 км. Там есть бесплатные пляжи полностью оборудованные( душ и туалет бесплатно )
Платит надо за зонтик и лежак
Если вы устали от города и суеты и соседей , то это точно для вас !!!! :-)
