The Residence - Residence Juliana
An exclusive facility full of tranquillity and comfort.
The Residence Juliana is situated directly on the dunes and the beach entrance Zandlooper.
The balcony of our offers you a view of the dunes and the beach entrance. Footpath there approx. 400 m. In the area of our residence there are four semicircular buildings. The whole complex radiates peace and care. The 4 buildings are separated by water (slooten), so that each building represents its own housing unit. On the water you can see swans, ducks and other aquatic animals which can be seen from the window of your app. No. 37 are to be seen all around. The sight you want to enjoy but please do not feed.

Unfortunately, overall disappointing

The apartment itself is nicely located, but the rest was unfortunately a big disappointment. Initially, there were discrepancies regarding the price, which were not clarified by the rental agency. Several emails remained unanswered for months. When we wanted to cancel our holiday, the rental agency suddenly contacted us, and we were able to go on our holiday (with the price difference still unresolved). The equipment of the apartment did not at all correspond to the description ("luxurious equipment" is definitely not it!). We also have not received our deposit back about a month after our vacation despite a written confirmation. Our emails continue to be ignored. Extremely annoying all around, as the location of the apartment and the town of Julianadorp are absolutely recommendable. However, we can only advise against booking through this platform!
