There are a total of 6 bedrooms available to you, spread over 3 floors and 5 equipped with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed). For your children there are two travel cots as well as a changing table, a children's toilet seat, a high chair and children's games.
And so that your dog also feels comfortable in our holiday home, there is a sleeping blanket as well as a food and drinking bowl
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the middle floor
A dishwasher, an induction cooker with oven, a toaster, a coffee machine for filter coffee await you in the modern kitchen with its well-stocked equipment
The open-plan living/dining area adjoins the kitchen. This invites you to spend time together with a cosy sofa corner and a large dining table. A pleasant feel-good atmosphere is also created by the existing fireplace. Here you can put your feet up in the evening and toast the beautiful day with a glass of wine or a cool beer from the Alpirsbacher brewery
The offer for cosy hours in the house is rounded off by internet, Wi-Fi, TV and board games, while outside the balcony with adjoining terrace seduces with a wonderful view and wonderful tranquillity

Between Schenkenzell and Freudenstadt, the holiday home Reinerzau "Kleine Kinzig" is idyllically located in the valley of the "Kleine Kinzig". It is surrounded by only a few neighbours. The forest starts right next to the house, so you can quickly get to one of the many hiking trails. A new water trail has been created that leads you to the Kleine Kinzig waterworks and the reservoir. Along the way, 34 information boards inform you about the precious commodity of water. An unforgettable panorama awaits you at the reservoir itself

Beautiful house with many possibilities
The holiday home is very quiet and offers many opportunities around the house or inside. The equipment is good and upscale. The sauna and hot tub are a great addition if you want to relax in this location. There are 2 parking spaces for cars and a hiking parking lot nearby. All rooms were in a good and clean condition. The beds, which we (8 people) occupied, were comfortable. Another separate toilet would have been advantageous with 8 people. But it also worked with the existing 2 toilets. Unfortunately, there were problems at check-in because the code number of the key box had changed and we didn't know it. As there was no mobile phone network around the house, we had to drive to a reception area with the car so that we could be helped. Ultimately, it worked with the new code number and we were able to enjoy the property. The house has everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. As a tip, pot coasters would also be helpful. We had to improvise. The large living-dining area and the wood stove contributed to relaxation and coziness. The sauna outside the house was very easy to use, and the hot tub in the garden was quickly heated with wood without much effort. The house can definitely be recommended. Improvements in the kitchen would be helpful. Likewise, better coordination during check-in. However, this does not detract from the overall experience. However, a clear yes, if we want to go on vacation in this area again.
