There are a total of 6 bedrooms available to you, spread over 3 floors and 5 equipped with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed). For your children there are two travel cots as well as a changing table, a children's toilet seat, a high chair and children's games.
And so that your dog also feels comfortable in our holiday home, there is a sleeping blanket as well as a food and drinking bowl
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the middle floor
A dishwasher, an induction cooker with oven, a toaster, a coffee machine for filter coffee await you in the modern kitchen with its well-stocked equipment
The open-plan living/dining area adjoins the kitchen. This invites you to spend time together with a cosy sofa corner and a large dining table. A pleasant feel-good atmosphere is also created by the existing fireplace. Here you can put your feet up in the evening and toast the beautiful day with a glass of wine or a cool beer from the Alpirsbacher brewery
The offer for cosy hours in the house is rounded off by internet, Wi-Fi, TV and board games, while outside the balcony with adjoining terrace seduces with a wonderful view and wonderful tranquillity
In the garden, the sunbathing lawn, the charcoal barbecue, the fire bowl and the sandpit leave nothing to be desired for young and old. The garden is also fenced off

Between Schenkenzell and Freudenstadt, the holiday home Reinerzau "Kleine Kinzig" is idyllically located in the valley of the "Kleine Kinzig". It is surrounded by only a few neighbours. The forest starts right next to the house, so you can quickly get to one of the many hiking trails. A new water trail has been created that leads you to the Kleine Kinzig waterworks and the reservoir. Along the way, 34 information boards inform you about the precious commodity of water. An unforgettable panorama awaits you at the reservoir itself

Schönes Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und bietet sehr viel Möglichkeiten rund ums Haus oder drinnen. Die Ausstattung ist gut und auch gehoben. Die Sauna und der Hot-Pod sind eine super Ergänzung wenn man sich in dieser Lage erholen möchte. Es gibt 2 Stellplätze für die Autos und gleich in nächster Nähe einen Wanderparkplatz. Alle Zimmer waren in einem guten sauberen Zustand. Die Betten , die wir (8 Personen) belegt hatten waren bequem. Ein weiteres separates WC wäre bei 8 Personen von Vorteil gewesen. Aber es klappte auch mit den vorhandenen 2 WCs. Beim Check-In gab es leider Probleme, weil sich die Code-Nr. der Schlüsselbox geändert hatte und wir diese nicht wussten. Da rund ums Haus kein Mobilfunknetz funktionierte mussten wir erst mit dem Auto in eine Zone mit Empfang fahren, damit uns geholfen werden konnte. Letztendlich hat es dann mit der neuen Code-Nr. geklappt und wir konnten das Anwesen genießen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet . Als Tipp wären Topfuntersetzer noch hilfreich. Da mussten wir improvisieren. Der große Wohn-Essbereich und der Kaminofen trugen zur Erholung und Gemütlichkeit bei. Die Sauna außerhalb des Hauses war sehr leicht zu bedienen, ebenfalls der Hot-Pod im Garten war auch ohne großen Aufwand schnell mit Holz eingeheizt. Das Haus kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Verbesserungen in der Küche wären hilfreich . Ebenso eine bessere Abstimmung beim Check-In. Das tut der Sache aber nichts ab. Dennoch ein klares Ja, falls wir wieder in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen wollen.

Schönes Ferienhaus, gut für Urlaub mit Kindern geeignet. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Seher sauber. Allerdings ist kein Holz da, es muss mitgebracht oder bestellt und bezahlt werden.
