Great house
A super nice house with a garden, private pool, and garage. Very well maintained and everything is available. Mrs. Bregoli manages the house. A really great woman who immediately takes care of any issues that arise and resolves them. Thank you very much for that. Our two dogs also liked it. I can wholeheartedly recommend it for an upscale vacation.

Holiday in a lovingly decorated villa surrounded by greenery.
We (2 adults, a small Chihuahua) had a wonderful holiday in Villa Serraglie.
The house is built and equipped to a high standard, deserving the name "Villa". It seems that the owners live in the left part of the house, but we didn't see them at all during the two weeks we stayed there.
The very large garden in front of the house, visible from the terrace, is beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. The terrace also features lovingly tended large terracotta pots with flowering Canna plants. The garden behind the house includes the pool surrounded by numerous olive trees. The vast property is completely fenced, so we didn't have to worry about our small dog running off. As mentioned in the description, the villa is not located directly on the lake. However, if you are prepared to drive to all destinations, you will have no problem getting around in all directions. The villa has its own driveway with an electric gate and garage door (all operated remotely), allowing you to drive directly into the private underground garage without having to get out of the car. From there, a staircase leads directly to the living/dining area, providing convenience regardless of the weather and enabling a cool departure in the car. It's a level of comfort that we would wish for at home as well ;-)
As mentioned in other reviews, the air conditioning doesn't cool very much. We were able to compensate for this by using the high-quality retractable mosquito nets on all windows. Especially because the bedroom has windows/doors at the front and back, you can sleep very breezily and without mosquitoes. The internet speed (around 15 Mbit/s) was usually fast enough for HD movies on our Apple TV.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommend Villa Serraglie to people with high standards.

wonderful holiday in a very nice house
High quality equipped house located in a residential area.
You really don't want for anything here. Very well maintained and clean! The underground garage is amazing and you can walk straight into the house.
The only drawback is the air conditioning, which does not work well (but the landlord is already aware of this) and the street, which is quite busy in the mornings and evenings and is located in the front area of the house. But that is already complaining on a high level ;-)
We booked the house through Elena Bregoli, whom we can highly recommend :-)
We will definitely be back!

vorkommenden Problem kümmert und es auch löst.Vielen Dank dafür.
Auch unsere beiden Hunden hat es gefallen.
Ich kann es uneingeschränkt für den gehobenen Urlaub weiterempfehlen.
Das Haus ist ebenso hochwertig gebaut wie ausgestattet. Es verdient damit ohne Weiteres den Namen "Villa". Im linken Teil des Hauses wohnen offensichtlich die Eigentümer, die wir aber in den ganzen zwei Wochen gar nicht gesehen haben.
Der sehr große Garten vor dem Haus, auf den man von der Terrasse aus blickt, ist wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Auch auf der Terrasse finden sich liebevoll gepflegte große Terracotta-Kübel mit blühenden Canna-Stöcken. Der Garten hinter dem Haus fasst den Pool mit zahlreichen Oliven-Bäumen ein. Das riesengroße Anwesen ist vollständig umzäunt, so dass wir uns auch keine Sorgen machen mussten, dass unser kleiner Hund irgendwo durchschlüpfen könnte. Wie in der Beschreibung zu lesen ist, liegt die Villa nicht in der ersten Reihe am See. Wer sich aber darauf einstellt alle Ziele mit dem Auto anzusteuern, der kommt in alle Richtungen sehr gut weg. Und zur Villa hat man eine eigene Zufahrt mit elektrischem Zufahrtstor und elektrischem Garagentor (alles per Funk), so dass man ohne auszusteigen in die private Tiefgarage einfahren kann. Von dort ist man per Treppe direkt im Wohn-/Essbereich, unabhängig vom Wetter und bei der Abfahrt stets im kühlen Auto. Das ist ein Komfort, den wir uns so auch zu Hause wünschen würden ;-)
Wie schon in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, kühlt die Klimaanlage nicht sonderlich. Wir konnten es aber prima damit kompensieren, dass alle Fenster über sehr hochwertige, herunterziehbare Mückennetze verfügen. Gerade weil das Schlafzimmer nach vorne und hinten Fenster/Türen hat, kann man sehr luftig und dennoch mückenfrei schlafen. Das Internet war mit (rund 15 MBit/s) meistens schnell genug für HD-Filme auf unserem Apple-TV.
Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Wir können die Villa Serraglie uneingeschränkt auch für Leute mit hohem Anspruch empfehlen.
Hier fehlt es einem wirklich an nichts. Sehr gepflegt und sauber! Ein Wahnsinn ist die Tiefgarage von der man direkt ins Haus gehen kann.
Einziges Manko ist die nicht gut funktionierende Klimaanlage (ist dem Vermieter aber bereits bekannt) und die vormittags und abends doch recht stark befahrene Straße, die im vorderen Bereich des Hauses liegt. Aber das ist auch schon Meckern auf hohem Niveau ;-)
Wir haben das Haus über Elena Bregoli gebucht, die wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können :-)
